Welcome to "Two (more) Days in Uluwatu, Bali" - your guide to continuing our adventure in Uluwatu, Bali. Join me as we pick up where we left off in part 1, diving deeper into this stunning destination!
We start our journey on a scooter, navigating through picturesque winding roads and passing friendly locals. Our first stop is 'The Loft,' a fantastic vegan and gluten-free brunch spot that fuels us for the day ahead. Back on the road, we stumble upon a hidden gem - a beautiful hotel perched on a cliff with breathtaking sea views and stunning Balinese architecture. This place is next to the best cafes and will definitely be on our stay list for next time!
Next, we head to the most amazing beach I've ever visited in Bali - Melasti Beach. If you’ve been DISAPPOINTED by the beaches in Canggu and Seminyak, Uluwatu will change your mind. Melasti beach is stunning, nd you can grab a bed right by the water's edge for a small price. Right behind us, we find 'Palmilla Beach Club,' the perfect lunch spot with multiple vegan and gluten-free options. Whether you're a beach lover or prefer a poolside experience with a stunning cliffside view, Palmilla has you covered. Though personally, we couldn't resist being closer to the crystal-clear waters for a fraction of the price! So we grabbed lunch to-go and returned to our sunbeds!
After a blissful beach day, we head to the Uluwatu Sacred Temple for a bit of culture and to watch the mesmerising fire dance and Kecak show. The sunset views from the cliffside are spectacular, but watch out for the cheeky monkeys - they love to snatch your food, as we witnessed with someone's durian being stolen from their car roof.
After freshening up back at our villa, we head out for dinner at 'Ours.' With its low lighting, nice atmosphere, and delicious food, it's a must-visit. We opted for turmeric shots over tequila shots to ensure we wake up fresh the next day. Just a tip - make sure to book a table in advance as it’s verrry popular.
The next morning, we revisit our favourite spot, 🤍 Alchemy 🤍 , for a plant-based breakfast with plenty of gluten-free options. We also enjoy premium coffee at the 100% Arabica coffee shop attached, where you can choose your beans from various locations. Highly recommended! I stock up on essentials at the Alchemy health food store, which offers AMAZING prices compared to Singapore, so it's a great opportunity to stock up on health supplies. They also sell clothing, jewellery, essential oils, skincare items, yoga mat sprays, and more. I bought A LOT, so stay tuned for a future vlog where I’ll go through what I bought and why, along with all the health benefits!!
Finally, we say goodbye to our beautiful villa and head to Ubud. I can't wait for you to follow us to our next video there, where we continue our adventures with more waterfalls, temples, and a deeper connection to Balinese culture and spirituality! It's truly a beautiful experience.

@@Daisy12600 Yayyy so happy to hear that! Yes we were just there at the end of April, and it was perfect! The weather was great, just rained in the afternoon in Ubud, but it felt so nice and calm not being the busy months, so would definitely recommend April/May 🫶🏼 You’ll have the best time

Hiii, it wasn’t walking distance no, and when it’s that hot you don’t want to be walking long on the roads either! We just rented a scooter which the landlady organised for us, so very easy, and you get to see way more of Bali on the scooter so I would 100% recommend doing that if you’re happy to give it a try!! It took 5-10 mins on the scooter 😊
Bali is a world paradise for tourists because the people are friendly, the food is delicious, the nature is beautiful, it makes you want to eat all the time, it is peaceful, peaceful, the views are beautiful and most importantly there is no crime Bali is truly heaven on earth
