I replaced my front and rear sights on my 3" Python with Wilson Combat sights as well. I stuck with the gold bead front sight, and love it. Haven't had any issues with sight picture or clarity. Even in low light, it picks up just fine. I also picked up a couple different Altamont boot cut grips. One set with the dual checkering, and the other set just the bottom half has checkering. After numerous uses, I prefer the ones with just the bottom half checkered. More comfortable on the hands under extended use. I also splurged for the Galco Revenger Holster and damn I'm glad I did. Out of all the holsters I've tried for this Handcannon, the Revenger is the best. The leather wrapped metal belt loop makes a huge difference taming the heft of this revolver. Especially for edc.

@@ExplorersWorkbench Indeed,,,, I always wanted a python but put it off. THEN I saw the elite with the non fluted cylinder I was like,,, Take my Money!
@@ExplorersWorkbench if you don’t mind me asking, is there any cloths you’d recommend cleaning/shining, getting fingerprints off? Are microfiber cloths safe? Mine just came in yesterday and I’m so excited to have it!
As far as grips; on a short barrel revolver I like boot grips (2 finger). You get used to the recoil. On my 2.5” 686+ the recoil is stout but manageable. Aesthetically, I don’t like the grips longer than the barrel.
I’m a smith guy myself, but there’s no denying the beauty of the python. Hope you’re enjoying it!
Smiths are awesome too. Thank you!
There are not very many videos with these snake skin grips. Thank you! I subscribed.
Thank you for tuning in!
I'm not a revolver guy but his maybe the one for me. What a beauty.
Everybody needs atleast one wheel gun in their collection 😂

Cool video buddy, colt should be absolutely ashamed about the sights they're sending out on these $1500 firearms

I can’t find these grips anywhere! Do you know where else I can get them? The Amazon link doesn’t allow for purchase anymore.
