- A man suspected of a shooting spree across Memphis on Sunday that left one man dead and others injured has been captured, police said.
The man was identified as a 20-year-old who was out on bond for first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD). His name has not been released.
The shooting spree prompted an hours-long citywide manhunt.

But the longer they sit the lower the bonds get but all around it needs reform.

Memphis has police departments just like any other city, but the problems with most cities high crime rates is the local governments can’t get rid of crime because law enforcement and corrections officers will no longer have a place of employment. Once I saw a pimp in broad daylight standing and watching his women stroll up and down the street this confirms that officers had to let some stuff slide.
