I currently have the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra and am looking to upgrade. At first, I thought the Samsung would be better due to the ECG and BP sensors, but when I heard that only works with a Samsung phone, that is a deal breaker as I am not switching my phone as well for that. It looks like TicWatch Pro 5 it will be, but will wait for the price to come down.

Blame Google for that. TWP 3 Ultra supports Wear OS3. Mobvoi would have loved to have pushed through updates for all TWP 3/Ultra owners, but it all comes down to Google. What Google creates, Google controls. But the Mobvoi hardware is outstanding and the WearOS version for me isnt a deciding factor, unless of course it means that the watch becomes useless and unuseable.
Well, in the first 5 seconds of this review I can already tell that the Mobvoi watch is slightly better because it's box is slightly larger. 🤣 (jk, watching the video now...)
Honestly, I forgot to add that having a BP and ECG monitor are quite useful as well. I am one of those guys that don't like going to the doctor so I would rather have my health analytics at the ready. Even though I much prefer the Ticwatch Pro because it does have better hardware, I would actually opt for the less powerful and dated Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.
ECG in watch is quite rare, GW5 also has quick updates, ticwatch ummmm, no after tw3 updates not existing, I wouldn't trust them with my pocket. They woke up too late to regain trust.
Personally, I don't like the design of the 2 smartwatches, especially the TicWatch which gives me a cheap watch feel. A battery 🔋 life of 6 days is really impressive, but is it with exactly the same features activated on the 2 smartwatches, and especially the same use 🤔 The only smartwatch that can make me give up my Galaxy Watch 3 is a Galaxy Watch Classic (obviously with the rotating physical ring) running Wear-OS and has at least 3 days of battery 🔋 life, and apparently, it will be the future Galaxy Watch 6 Classic🤞🏽
From having read hundreds of reviews regarding Google Assistant or any other assistant, not many people actually use it on their smart watches. So it has nothing to do with Moboi. Mobvoi dont get to make that decision. Google decides which hardware (3rd party hardware) gets which features. What Google creates, Google controls. Wear OS is created by Google, therefore Google control who and what gets their features. And Google will always favour their own devices first, and of course Samsung who pay them big bucks for full features.
Ticwatch for sure now that comes with the last version of wear os

Tanks for that verry good video. I still prefer the galaxy watch and i have the 6 44mm. For battery life, i fix it. I bougtht 2 galaxy watch 6 44mm. I use the first one for 24h and i switch to the second one for the next 24h...
6 day days battery on TicWatch? For real? That's too much. You could reach 6 days receiving notifications constantly?
Tive o TWE3 e não gostei muito. Esse parece muito bom em processsmento, mas a Samsung garante mais atualizações. Aguardando o GW6.
GW6 will be interesting, hope they update the chipset.
Is it compatible with Samsung health app?
These watches are getting enormous. Must be driven by battery size.
Not having a front facing camera is a deal breaker for me.
Why???
Won't get another ticwatch, my pro 3 ultra never received an update and feels very dated compared to devices in the same range. Highly doubt the pro 5 will ever get wearos 4
🙂
Blame Google for that. TWP 3 Ultra supports Wear OS3. Mobvoi would have loved to have pushed through updates for all TWP 3/Ultra owners, but it all comes down to Google.
What Google creates, Google controls.
But the Mobvoi hardware is outstanding and the WearOS version for me isnt a deciding factor, unless of course it means that the watch becomes useless and unuseable.
For me the Galaxy is old.. already sold it got something newer
Well, in the first 5 seconds of this review I can already tell that the Mobvoi watch is slightly better because it's box is slightly larger. 🤣 (jk, watching the video now...)
GREAT
This guy's reviews are biased and unreliable. Fanboy.
Somewhat agree
Mobvoi business model - lose all your clients in one year
ECG in watch is quite rare, GW5 also has quick updates, ticwatch ummmm, no after tw3 updates not existing, I wouldn't trust them with my pocket. They woke up too late to regain trust.
Ecg and bloodpressure only for Samsung smartphones!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Tic Watch looks bland & dated. Gets very little updates. Charger is a silly design, wireless charging has been out for years
probably to keep the pricing down. If it had Sapphire display, Titaniium case and Wireless charging then it could be $300 dearer.
@@rick_terscale1111 Samsung is much better than Crappywatch.
ECG, Bloodpressure, wireless charging, undoubtedly Galaxy watch 4 or better 5.
Ticwatch doesn't even come closer to galaxy watch 4.
Personally, I don't like the design of the 2 smartwatches, especially the TicWatch which gives me a cheap watch feel.
A battery 🔋 life of 6 days is really impressive, but is it with exactly the same features activated on the 2 smartwatches, and especially the same use 🤔
The only smartwatch that can make me give up my Galaxy Watch 3 is a Galaxy Watch Classic (obviously with the rotating physical ring) running Wear-OS and has at least 3 days of battery 🔋 life, and apparently, it will be the future Galaxy Watch 6 Classic🤞🏽
Galaxy Watch 6 Classic rumours suggest a 425mah where as these both have 600 mah plus battery . Goodluck with that . 🙂👌
This doesn't age well 😂 Galaxy pro 5 > galaxy 6
THERE IS NO COMPARISON….one has the google assistant and the other does not…Samsung wins…hands down
I would agree but google assistant eats up battery even not in use that was a big issue
I havr watch4classic and watch5 pro and i have never used Google Assistant. Not every one wants Google Assistant
@@kingwicked1i agree. And fun fact is that in my country google assistant doesnt even work properly (Poland)
I could not get more than 2.5 days on the TicWatch pro 5. Terrible battery life.
