If the project is created by you or you have been involved in project creation, you should generally be able to explain it. You can start with the needs of the application and project and then how did you setup, the structure, file, folder, lib etc and then the basic workflow.
To sum up, go in this sequence

2. How did you decide on the framework/tools that you selected
3. Basic structure
4. Files, folders, libraries
5. Basic workflow

4. Keep adding relevant skills in your resume

Hi Raghav ! I am a Project Manager, leading team, acted as a Scrum Master. During the phase of interviews, most of time they (interviewer) asked to explain mobile app architecture. Could you please throw the light where and how to begin and what could be the best way to answer this type questions and also possible answers? I have answered them but again I am not pretty much sure whether they liked it or not.

if you had to forked a project, that's fine as long as you know the details, working and your part of the project.. in case you are asked about some specific part that you did not work on.. you can say so

Hi, The best thing will be to update and add to your skills and become more confident with that.
In general, no interviewer will expect you to know everything, but you should present yourself the topics and skills you are good at and then should be able to explain and answer most of the questions from that topic or subject
