One thing I’ve learned…. ROLEPLAYING how to overcome your weaknesses and objections EVERY DAY is PRICELESS! Every killer salesperson I know does this.
100% agree. My first sales job was unfortunately for a shotty company (Kirby vacuum) but thankfully gave me a foot in the door, literally, for sales. Every sale is made through a scheduled visit, or a door-knock. Before going out into the field to canvas, we had to do 40 hours of roleplay training. Followed by a week of shadowing a canvasser out in the field. After training was finished, we would still start each day with 1 hour of roleplay training. It’s like a chef sharpening a blade before each use.
That training has proved to be more valuable than any other training I’ve received so far. I think I had to of been 18/19 at the time, I’m 27 now.

I’ll be listening to this first thing in the morning and it will be the last thing I listen to before I go to sleep to ingrain it into my subconscious mind.

Andy! I watch your videos all the time. I’m a military recruiter and try to practice your teaching when I recruit. I see a lot of your videos with car salesmen and tree workers. Honestly same, look up window washing door to door sales, there’s 2 really good guys that post there script and live sells. Copy that script and make it to fit lawn mowing

One thing I've learned is that you need to set up a sales process. Some sort of of base for how you're going to execute a conversation with your customer. One of the guys that replied to this also gave good advice. There are some D2D gurus that give killer scripts.

Putting More efforts in talking about efforts will make more money than putting efforts. But you can talk about efforts only if you had put efforts to begin with
Employees in this business would do well if they could articulate how a bad job looks and what desease looks like from bad service, etc. Value proposition! Be different!
