- Stretching over five meters long and nearly two meters wide, the S320 CDI exudes a sense of luxury comfort and presence.
Inside the S320 matches the exterior for premium look and feel with ambient lighting, full leather upholstery, Calyptus wood trim and chrome door sill panels with “Mercedes-Benz” lettering. The cabin of the Mercedes S-Class has aged gracefully.
The big Benz is a hefty piece of metal, and you’re always aware of that on the road. It’s solid and serene. The diesel engine is meaty and strong. The cabin is a hushed, high-tech stateroom, bristling with enough equipment to make life needlessly complex if it weren’t so intuitive.
You waft along on an air suspension system that melts everything your path while preventing the body from completely marshmallowing around the bends. This is no sports car, but it can still be hustled down a road with indecent haste. It’s all there: precision, poise, balance and even reasonable feel through the slightly too-light steering.

Too bad you will have a depression once something brakes and you have to repair it.
Otherwise a nice car, probably the most reliable S class from the early 2000's.
If you can afford an S-Class you can afford to maintain it
@@zesteinl6497 Some buy them for status or the get a feel of the car that was once 100k and up.
Not many can afford to pay the taxes, let alone the maintenance.
@@SacreDro I bought one a few days ago. Taxes are around 1000€ a year, Insurance around 275€ per month and everything else comes and goes. So around 4300€ each year to own the car. Every two years 100€ for the TÜV (They check if the Vehicle is in Road Safe condition or not) and parts are another thing. I make good money so it doesn’t matter to me. A friend of mine makes half the money that I make but bought a CL500 just to show that "he has it" but can’t roll up to the gas station to fill her up.

If anything, it would be frustrating driving a car this slow.
These things aren't slow. They'll make over 400lb ft of torque with a tune easily.

@@JaayyMan i have a Grand Cherokee with that engine, already has a hybrid turbo, a good tune, makes barely over 300hp and 500lbf. Still slow.
Try it it's a whole different experience. Ihis car is for steady long distance travel
You are a bad driver, it's a lot of car for such a poor driver. how stressful to see you on the highway. nothing to say about the car. 10/10
