I live in Michigan and I just got my enhanced drivers license and pass port. I love to travel on the train. I enjoy your post they are very inspiring and it’s off to the rails for me to see the world. Thanks you so much.
Just now saw you guys on CBS NEWS about your travels but I already knew everything about it since I have been following you online for a few months now. Was happy to see your story on the news.
Nice video, I liked the music. It would have been nice to have a little more commentary. We’re the seats comfortable? How were the staff onboard. Did you try any of the food on the train (besides your subway sandwich from Montreal station:).
It sounds like they are going to build a "higher speed" route that will also run thru Ottawa from Windsor to Quebec City... hopefully it will make this trip much better!
Poor video as there is no discussion of the motive power. VIA has a ling route ahead to bring our railways up to date. The VIA trains that pass by my apartment are often pulled old fashioned by diesel locomotives.
I'm glad that you're interested in the locomotives and their environmental impact. Grounded Life's videos are about travel experiences, and they perhaps should mention occasionally the lower impacts of traveling by train, even if pulled by diesel. As Americans, they aren't in a postion to be advocating electrification of Canadian rail lines.
Always enjoy your musical accompaniments, they mesh with the scenery flawlessly.
You should have more than 100k subscribers, your content is very informative and thorough

Unrelated to this video. I was so excited to see the two of you on the news last night. I wish they had spend more time telling your story
Thanks for taking us along! I love train travel
Dorval station is usually fairly busy due to the fact its essentially next door to the airport and folks tend to connect there.
Hey, I just saw you and Rob on the CBS Evening News. Great job.
Beautiful ride. Thanks for sharing 😊
Hi Rob and Allie just saw you on CBS Evening News. Keep on traveling and sharing your great advice!!
Not bad I hope all those fires do not disturb travelers. Thank you for taking us along. I like it when the car sway like that it puts me to sleep.
I saw your review of the various seats on Amtrak. I hope that you were able to talk to the people from Amtrak and the Rail Passengers Assoc.
