Cheapskate Farming V - Building furniture and taking odd jobs; the push for $150,000 (FS22)

This is Cheapskate Farming, the challenge where I try to play Farming Simulator 22 and make back 10% of my starting money by being the cheapest farmer possible. By only buying the cheapest land, equipment and buildings, can I turn my $1.5 Million starting cash into a modest return on investment, or will I fail because nobody is going to buy my Ikea furniture after it was left out in the rain?
