Flying lesson 29: Arrival VFR RADIO PROCEDURES Lelystad Airport (EHLE) | Tecnam Sierra P2002-JF

Volg mij op de heenreis naar Lelystad Airport (EHLE). Geloof het of niet, het is mijn eerste bezoek aan Lelystad Airport en mijn eerste arrival op een gecontroleerd veld. Ondanks dit en ook nog het uitdagende weer waren de vlucht en radio procedures prima verlopen. Mijn doel voor deze solo vlucht was om bewust de RT (Radio Telefonie) eens goed te oefenen. Ik logde met deze vlucht mijn 29e uur van mijn PPL opleiding.

Interessante video. Wel mooi ook dat de radioberichten er ook op staan. Trouwens, ik laat de landinglight altijd aan, het is echt beter om elkaar tijdig te zien in de lucht, dan te laat. Alles helpt daarbij, ook/vooral de landinglight.

Dankjewel! Eens wat betreft het veiligheidsaspect. Net als de dagrijverlichting van auto's zie je elkaar gewoon eerder. In dit geval deed ik de LL uit na het verlaten van het circuit... terugkijkend had ik ze aan willen laten gezien het mindere zicht.

Was het niet handiger geweest voor jezelf om de potentiële taxi routes op Lelystad al voor de landing te bestuderen?

Zeker, vooral als het ook je aller eerste bezoek is! Dat heb ik toen gedaan met het Aerodrome kaartje er bij. Ook nog even een telefoontje met de verkeersleiding en ik wist dat ik platform D voor parking kon verwachten (beneden aan de toren). Wat beter kon, is dat ik het kaartje tijdens het taxiën ook gelijk helemaal open kon vouwen zonder gepruts. Dan kun je steeds checken waar je bent en waar je heen moet.
