    Jacob, I can confirm that your opening vocalization of the rhythm sounds like "koto koto" in Japanese--but more accurately, it captures the sound of simmering (not sizzling) food, as warm and comforting as the sound of your music!

    just listend to the original again.. not sure if ive missed a part but jacob never really touches on the incredible stereo depth this mix has. if you close your eyes it wraps sooo far around your head it gave me shivers.. also some parts where alvins bass voice is extremly off to the side, some bass riffs in the middle then some silence and BAM voice and bass in the middle - so powerful! wow

      @@jhakardballoch2986 It's in South Africa, a station called 567 AM. They usually play music from like the 1950s-1980s, but I think since this was a cover of a song from that period they played it.

    Jacob! I have noticed you love doing music with the greatest known musicians in the world, but now you have become the greatest! Have you ever considered doing a track with a lesser known artist? I know this girl who is a REALLY great singer and writes absolutely gorgeous lyrics that can really be felt if listened to… Would you ever consider doing a single record with her?     8:00 Jacob, you can port Finale Files to Sib via MusicXML. Next time ask your transcriber to port it in that format, and you can edit and return it via the same format. I do this quite often with my copiers (I use Finale, they extract and edit in Sib).

    So many questions. No direct way of posing them. It sounds so different in your mix to the actual release i've been listening to for the last gawd knows how long. The master must've been significant, did you master it too?
