This channel has helped me escape reality and get me through some tough times I've went through. Joe and Dave are very entertaining and showcase tons upon tons of games I never knew existed. This is the only channel that I've watched every single video they've uploaded
Game Sack is always there to expand my retro horizons. This first episode introduced me to an amazing game called Bulk Slash which I picked up immediately. Then, just yesterday, I got my Satiator which Game Sack introduced me to. Coming full circle, I just loaded up and played Bulk Slash on the Satiator today. Thanks Joe!
Definitely enjoying the crunch videos since I like to rewatch a lot of your episodes. Very dear channel to me. One of the few sure things that I know will make me happy in life is this channel. Thank you, Joe.
You can just leave your message to Dave without the "shout-out" announcement, as it's obvious that you are addressing Dave, by leaving the message for him. Did I make that simple enough, "dawg"?
Milk and Nuts! LOL! I was watching/ listening to this while working remotely. When that came on, I just totally lost focus on what I was doing and immediately went to actively watching and laughing at that scene. You guys are something special- in a good way. LOL. Love your videos!
Im glad GameSack is still a thing and all, you are great Joe, but I still miss Dave from time to time. I think the contrast between you two personality wise worked really well.
Dave was a good co-presenter, sure we all miss Dave but Joe is just as watchable on his own. As long as the content keeps coming; it can have guests or no - I don't mind. Long as it stays amazing I will keep watching :)
It's really nice to see how many of these games have been released in the US since these episodes, getsufumaden even got a sequel, Konami published a game God bless
That laughing salesman is nightmare fuel, bloody hell! I'd love to play it just for the crazy stories but I doubt I would be able to get that creepy guy's grin out of my mind!
Awww, look at Joe and Dave. Joe is ageless and Dave slimmed down and cuter today (I miss you, Dave!). Im watching Gamesack again. Good times. Gooooood times. Its like coming back home where all my favorite things are. 😌
In the Urusei Yatsura game, where Ataru gives the flowers to the "boy", it is not a boy. She is a girl, but her Dad raised her a boy and gave her a boy's name to take over the seaside cafe family business.
You guys said, "Another great episode, I think..." I have never seen a bad Game Sack episode, ever. They are all absolutely fantastic. I want more Nuts and Milk!
I love this channel. Just found out about you last week. I will also blame you for my growing interest in buying retro consoles/games and getting into serious debt.
Joe: "it's certainly nothing anyone would want to listen to outside of the game." Me: listens to trashcan lids and wood blocks being banged on and considers it enjoyable
That’s so FAF! I too remember a friend inviting me over after school to play the Sega Master System. At the time, I had a Genesis but didn’t know what the SMS was. Then I saw what the master system was and was seriously let down at the time. Ironically, I bought a master system a few years ago and love it. I know you’ll never read this James, but thank you for being so real with the nostalgia! It’s peace of mind😂
Just a small note, and as you probably already know. Sengoku Blade (Tengai) as well as several other Psikyo games, has later/more recently been released in the US as well as in Europe for the Switch (and the PS4?) through the Psikyo collections.
This is a 3 hour video , what are you referring to please ? Who is "he" What is the country What role did he take ? Also it's "breathe" "Breath" is what is in your lungs, not a thing you do.
Dear Dave and Joe, I am from the future and I'm here to tell you that Bulk Slash has indeed gotten an English translation. I hope you find a way to enjoy this game in your native tongue
I wish I had friends like you two. Barely any of my friends are gamers and the ones who are only play Call of Duty, Fortnite, PUBG, and Apex. I don't know a single other person who's into retro gaming like I am.
So glad a lot of these games in one form or another got translated.
Indeed!
Man I been a fan for about 7 years now. Greatest video game channel out there. Thanks for all the entertainment throughout the years man.
Completely agree been here since 2012, and I watch video almost everyday and always look forward to Sundays, thanks Joe!
Been riding the sack a long time
@@orkestriusmusic839 indeed
You all been suckin sacks forever
This channel has helped me escape reality and get me through some tough times I've went through. Joe and Dave are very entertaining and showcase tons upon tons of games I never knew existed. This is the only channel that I've watched every single video they've uploaded
Man, these old Made in Japan episodes bring back a lot of good memories.
Yup so nostalgic
Here's to another decade of GameSack !
Long live the sack.
This Sack has balls
@@A_Person5280 No, this sack has games. You're thinking of Ball Sack; an entirely different channel.
Sack 4 life.
Man I love Gamesack, its like 90s game show, gives me the same nostalgic feelings, plus the intro music is perfect.
Classic Sack box set let me get my popcorn 😁👌🍿
Joe I love your work and research. All your efforts have been appreciated by so many in the game community. You're a national treasure. Take care man.
I watch these old episodes over and over ... never gets boring.
these crunch episodes are awesome. thanks for making them, hope they do well
I was literally rewatching Console Crunch #2 when you dropped this. Of course I HAD to finish the Craig Stadler section before clicking over.
"Can you get inside mine?"
I'm so happy to have found this channel a couple weeks ago. God it's good
2012 GameSack is peak UA-cam quality. So good, we miss 2012 youtube
Weekday Joe is at it again....I wish I would had been watching The 'Sack when the Wii Virtual Console was still a thing.. missed the boat on that.
We miss Dave but joe you are the man you are doing great
55:33 I see what you did there, men of culture 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Game Sack is always there to expand my retro horizons. This first episode introduced me to an amazing game called Bulk Slash which I picked up immediately. Then, just yesterday, I got my Satiator which Game Sack introduced me to. Coming full circle, I just loaded up and played Bulk Slash on the Satiator today. Thanks Joe!
I just found your channel recently, and I don't know how I missed it for so long!
Best thing on the tube, bar none.
You have a lot of great videos to watch. I can't believe I've been watching for nearly 10 years.
They got some true gems in their library of content. I've watched every single one of their videos except for the Playing With Sacks videos.
great channel
Watched them all new! Love these! Would make for a good dvd/blu ray set...
Definitely enjoying the crunch videos since I like to rewatch a lot of your episodes. Very dear channel to me. One of the few sure things that I know will make me happy in life is this channel. Thank you, Joe.
this is now my afternoon...and what i'll fall asleep to until a new compilation arrives
Shoutout to Dave; hope you're doing well buddy!
Dave's not here man.
@@Heliocentric you dont know!

@@ih7729 he was just having fun with what he was saying. Why do you need to be a douchebag? Are you the comment police?
What happened to Dave?
Some say that Dave is still waiting on his apology from Joe for accusing him of stealing Sengoku Blade, all these years later…
Nearly 3 hours total and just by chance I scrolled to your comment exactly when that segment was playing. I love it
I absolutely love to binge watch these on the weekend!
And no, I never get old of the puns!
These remind me how much I miss Dave, but also remind me how great Joe's solo show is as well!
Milk and Nuts! LOL! I was watching/ listening to this while working remotely. When that came on, I just totally lost focus on what I was doing and immediately went to actively watching and laughing at that scene. You guys are something special- in a good way. LOL. Love your videos!
Such a treat in the middle of the week. Thank you joe for continuing to provide these pieced together videos.
Thanks for the years of entertainment & helping us learn about the games that many of us missed.
Hey, this was how I found Bulk Slash! Probably like many other GameSack viewers, thanks a lot! Hope you're both doing well.
Im glad GameSack is still a thing and all, you are great Joe, but I still miss Dave from time to time. I think the contrast between you two personality wise worked really well.
For real though.
Dave was a good co-presenter, sure we all miss Dave but Joe is just as watchable on his own. As long as the content keeps coming; it can have guests or no - I don't mind.

@@DailyCorvid exactly 💯
Dave was the slightly more normal less geeky one
My man said at 1:28:35 “like any car you can jump and even have a dash attack” love it!
@26:34 lmao
Great show. This is my comfort show recently(past 4 months)
It's really nice to see how many of these games have been released in the US since these episodes, getsufumaden even got a sequel, Konami published a game
God bless
You guys rock. Man what could've been. 90 were golden for Japanese gamers.
retro content too good wow
Long time fan. Great idea to do this. Thank you for doing this.
Love Game Sack - eyes go wide whenever a new video is uploaded!!!

Go outside
Dangerous Seed does have an awesome soundtrack. Oddly enough, the best track was the credits music! Totally worth looking up!
Thank you. I've wanted this collection since you started doing compilation videos. You rock
Finally, I know what having friends who talk about esoteric Japanese media feels like.
Love that crunch of game sack
I knew once the console crunches were over there'd be another crunch. Love these :D
Always happy to see a new video notification from Game Sack! And a wild Dave appears!
I love this channel. Just found out about you last week. I will also blame you for my growing interest in buying retro consoles/games and getting into serious debt.
This was a spectacular idea, thanks
Joe: "it's certainly nothing anyone would want to listen to outside of the game."
Me: listens to trashcan lids and wood blocks being banged on and considers it enjoyable
These Crunches make me miss Dave even more than usual.
Great to watch another episode!
Isn’t it the same shit different year?
@@41moose It's a compilation episode, so technically yeah. Still cool to have tho, I use these to fall asleep at night sometimes.
Unexpected, but very welcome indeed. Thanks✌️
Really needed to see you both back together again, Thank you ❤️🙏
“Realeased” in thumbnail. Joe keepin’ it real. ✌🏻
I notieced that too
Joe's keeping it realeased!
I love the crunch series!! Always a great way to kill a few hours!

If I was in Japan, I would probably never leave either.
Probably would leave. Minus Japan's pop culture somewhere like the U.S is in a much better social state then Japan. Grass is greener affect.

Stage 4 of Battle Garegga is some peak gaming.
After what's been happening in his country and the role he's taken, I doubt there's a boxer alive that'd even make him breath harder.
This is a 3 hour video , what are you referring to please ?
Who is "he"
What is the country
What role did he take ?
Also it's "breathe"
"Breath" is what is in your lungs, not a thing you do.
Good to see Dave. Love this collection. Some of the prices now have increased to even more insane amounts
And some of these titles would even see release outside of Japan, either as part of a compilation or by itself.
IDK how this channel has less then 300k subs, it should be over a million, it's great.
I forgot about shirtless Dave. Freaking golden! 🤣
Always fun to see you Both 🙂
Great complilation, thanks for the content as always!
Man, Dave is the best.
Dear Dave and Joe,
I am from the future and I'm here to tell you that Bulk Slash has indeed gotten an English translation. I hope you find a way to enjoy this game in your native tongue
flipping over the PS1 gets me every time
I'm on it!!! A touch late - like this Colorado Spring!!
I don't understand why Princess Crown has never been translated to English, and I personally wish more people could experience Super Tempo.
Well this is a welcome surprise!
These old episodes..... Just make me miss Dave more....
Bring Dave Back,man....
It wasn't his choice, dude. Dave needed to leave for his family. Leave him alond
Omg milk & nuts. I had me rolling almost tied laughing.
Reason #3 Battle Garegga didn't make it over here: it was Saturn, in 1998. Two words: Bernie Stolar.
Thx for uploading this nice Crunch.
Nice. Some more content to help me get to sleep. Thanks Joe!!
Joe still has a head of hair bless him.
Gimmick and Kirby need to be in a game together.
For those who don't know...
The laughing salesman is the Japanese equivalent to the Twilight Zone; with the salesman being a stand in for Rod Serling.
Watch the sack reminiscing of Dave's thingamabob
Out of the 3,200 Ganbare Goemon games Konami made, I think only 4 of them made it outside of Japan.
That Lunar game NEEDS a fan translation patch soon!!!! The way you describe it, make me wanna play it!! They get rid of the money system!!! So nice!!
my fav games channel on YT ! greetings from Brazil!
I wish I had friends like you two. Barely any of my friends are gamers and the ones who are only play Call of Duty, Fortnite, PUBG, and Apex. I don't know a single other person who's into retro gaming like I am.
Joe is right in the video destription, this makes great background noise while i play games.
Crunchy is my favorite texture
"I don't know what they thought about them" I died
Dave's writing makes Gaming in the Clinton years seem like Shakespeare...
Good to hear Dave again
Younger Dave and Joe, with a little more hair on Dave's head.
why is the second episode missing a segment? the last game Joe talks about in that video was Keio Flying Squadron 2. why was it revomed?
That's some classic sack.
Best show on UA-cam
I sometimes watch whole episodes just to see the skits.
Bulk slash looks really dope
handsome young joey
BEST game channel on youtube
Great Channel!
1:15:25 That smile on shirtless dave is priceless
laughing salesman is really creepy , would make a great movie
