WOAH. I randomly decided to listen to this song again while leveling my hunter, and one of the shaman NPCs in Deepholm popped Hero for me right as you hit the chorus. o.O

I rolled an alliance toon, and it still takes me a few seconds to figure out what they're talking out when they yell out Hero in raid chat.

Been a couple months. I still play both sides though. Faction only really matters in a BG when you have to remember who not to target. Otherwise, completely agree with you- no point in holding it over another person's head, just laugh at the game and have fun.

I once made up a series of wing chun movements to this song, the original one. Its been a long time since I did this series of movements but i still remember them

@SilverLetomi Ah yes, found the original in my iTunes. They actually used two different versions in Shrek, one by Frou Frou and one by Jennifer Saunders (the latter is this version)

@chadbannergreen You will in MoP. There's an ability called War Banner, that has 3 different versions. One of them is called skull banner that gives the entire raid/party 30% more crit for 15 seconds.

Look, seriously, less QQ. My shaman started horde-side. I called it Bloodlust. Bloodlust is referenced in the song. For the parody, I call it Hero. Because it's a fun play on the original song. If you wanna remake the parody and make the chorus "I'm popping Bloodlust", be my guest.:]

I'd enjoy hearing the horde's version of this for bloodlust. note for those screaming that it's bloodlust...not if you're alliance, they need the self-esteem boost by calling it heroisim.
Depends on the person playing the Toon, not the Faction. I've played both Horde and Alliance and they're about the same.

ha ha I still ask my raid lead when he wants bloodlust...after playing on alliance for years... I guess once horde always horde. Lucky for me my alliance guild likes me (or likes my "bloodlust" buff) enough not to complain.

I loved this song when it was NEW....I use to have a work out designed for this song. Was a dynamic tension work out. God I love you Girl you rock.... I am OLD having been already out of school ( 1983) when this song hit the charts lol
