to be honest I always thought that the neutral route could take place in the same universe as disbelief, since basically the disbelief route happens when sans dies in snowdin trying to stop frisk from continuing with the genocide, even if they are different universes the stories are connect
This snowdin sans is still a genocide encounter, you can clearly see player lv is maxed for snowdin i think papyrus is already dead on tears in the rain neutral route

Ngl I kinda feel like STMPWYFS would fit a Snowdin Encounter Sans in a Disbelief timeline would fit better but only because if uou think of Canon, Sans would be going easy this early because it isn't guaranteed to be Genocide 100% until Undyne or Mettaton because you can still spare people at the Snowdin point of the game
