This officer is a very intuitive and spiritual individual... When she says it was not meant to be to catch the criminal ... Since the little girl needed her.... Being a man in the Sikh community born and raised in Canada I can appreciate a initiative officer which is hard to find nowdays

I don’t understand. Harry went to the Scarborough Town Centre and parked his car. Why did they not canvass inside the mall? Or review video footage. They actually let him get away. It’s possible that he could have just ditched the vehicle there, but review the tapes from the underground or overground garage.
