The judge literally just told the jury pool that " the defendents did..."and listed the crimes as if he already knows and it is not alleged, that is wild. Clear bias.

The point is exactly that. The judge set the terms to buy all of his colleagues' lunch, knowing that most, if not all of them wouldn't accept. Furthermore, he'd more than likely have to approach them individually and ask for their orders. He wanted to humble him. At face value it's a questionable punishment, but what lies beneath is a good way to put him in check.
So that lady says gangs are responsible for 50/75% of the crime… so arresting all these guys and giving no bail… have the crime stats gone down?

If this is the state's base, every rap group in the world is guilty and should be arrested, but the state case is weak and messy. They do not have the case they're portraying to have.

The hard fact is Steel has a good shot at winning this case because of the jury make up. It is my understanding (correct me if I’m wrong) you need a unanimous decision by the Jury in a RICO case to convict in Georgia. Also there is a lot of great appeal arguments already put on the record by him if they do unlikely lose.
You need a unanimous jury decision for any trial otherwise it’s a hung jury

The remaining six defendants’ only chance here is that the 12 jurors see through the inherent bias in this case by the judge in favor of the prosecution. State has a steep hill to climb in order to prove their case imo in order to show a nexus between artistic expression and actual alleged crimes committed. Many other state supreme courts have already ruled that lyrics cannot be used in this fashion, but GA does not recognize this legal precedent in RICO cases such as this one. Buckle up as this is going to be interested to say the least.

Apd teacher trial took 1month of jury selection and it started out with 28 defendants and only 12 ended up going to trial and it didn't last nothing but 8months if I'm not mistaken

Wow every person in this case is up to something crazy the judge prosecutor and defendant’s! But if you can’t even come up with an actual crime, maybe actually do some work and PROVE IT otherwise just stop until you actually have evidence
