During my police career I worked in a certain unit that investigated drugs. The whole time I was thinking I guess I know one way the drugs and illegal guns keep getting moved around. I work on yachts. You are supposed to report drug use to the Captain as soon as you see it, and it is up to the discretion of the Captain to end the charter.
