His remarkable track record as CEO of #AfricOil - South Africa’s first black-empowered oil and gas enterprise - is driven by his determination to instil 100% transparency between the company and its clients; the board and management; management and employees. All of which he believes has resulted in the company’s ability to deliver to both clients and company stakeholders - at all costs.
In this personal, face-to-face video interview he shares these and many other lessons learnt in a career with a company that he was, in fact, mandated to liquidate at the height of the global recession. This year that same company celebrates its 20th year in a tough, highly competitive local and global oil and gas sector.
