- i've really been enjoying playing deadlock, although i've been gaming a lot with my friends on it, so maybe that's part of it. i'm usually not too into the MOBA world ever since i quit league of legends over a decade ago, but deadlock man... it's fun. or maybe everyone else is still learning the game and therefore is just bad and my enthusiasm will die when i realize i'm actually straight ass. no facecam because i wasn't streaming and i hadn't showered yet, so i was gross.

Datto pivoting to deadlock coverage is a change i can get behind.
It has the same level of crunchiness that Destiny 2 has so I can really see him having fun with it

@@question1061 no its not. Closed dev playtest build... even is on the main screen. Thats why basically most visuals ui & co are placeholders and the settihgs menu straight ripped from dota

@@thatsaylary yeah it was rumored couple years ago that he left dota working on a secret project called neon prime which turned out to be Deadlock. No idea how they handle it now - since it was celebrated when he got back on Dota. He might be doing both?!?

There's no way this game gonna released soon.. i hope so.. probably in 2-3 years for the actual release (max 3 years)

I will never understand how people enjoy, or even just play, pvp 3rd person shooters. They literally all play like garbage including this trash. Just make fps games for the love of god. They only make games 3rd person cause they are lazy.

I've been loving this so much. I've played MOBAs off and on since DotA was a custom map for Warcraft 3 and everybody thought MOBA was a stupid name for the genre that ended up sticking anyways. I even created my own map back then using Chrono Trigger as a theme with the heroes coming from that game (it was pretty incredible what you could do with LUA scripting).
I did Heroes of Newerth for a while, and played HotS for years. Never could get into LoL playing as a solo - games were just too long with too high of a chance of some toxic jerk ruining things. And recently I've been looking for a shooter to replace D2 and HD2. Enter Deadlock and it is doing absolutely everything I want combined into a single package with Valve quality.

You need to learn how to dash>jump>slide or dash>slide... that bit @ 11:10 "I'm tryin'!!!" ... meanwhile you're shooting all the boxes and getting caught on terrain.
How are you averaging such high fps? I've seen 4080s/90s getting massive frame drops with i7/r7. My 6800 xt barely holds 80-90fps on 1440p

Lol very nice. Old school dota player here. I would only miss the dreamy fairy tale atmosphere of Dota you know with nature, trees , rivers and magical creatures but i think i can live with that 😁I wonder if they can make different theme maps like this.

If you like Dynamo check out the DYNAMO CARRY BUILD in the top 10 builds. Follow his advice mostly but also rush Refresher, it resets your ult cooldown and the cooldown for the item is also affected by superior cooldown..
