It would be fun to do the entire UK show circuit. Do a series of Taskmaster, be on Would I Lie to You (hopefully when Bob Mortimer was also on), do an episode of QI just to get the klaxxon at least once, and then Cats Does Countdown. Maybe even finish the tour off by forcing Paul Hollywood to eat burnt cup cakes on a Bake Off special. We can all dream.

it annoyed me at first because it struck me as the overly-competitive thing, but he doesn't really defend his own stuff. I think he just likes taking the piss.
As a Brit living in the USA I so love hearing the old expressions of my childhood (plus the swearing that is allowed on T.V., but absent from shows this side of the pond).
That was the beginning of Bridget becoming my favorite contestant of all the shows combined (and yes, I have watched the absolute marvelous cast of Taskmaster NZ Season 2). She's brilliant!
Bridget in her hat & coat, & wearing the dark goggles for the maypole task, definitely looked like a character out of steampunk or something like Firefly, I don’t know exactly, but brilliant.

i life time of experience making up nonsense and excuses to get out of basic tasks and responsibility is good practice for this show.. im astounded she actually got on the buggy.. amazed she couldnt figure our why hers was wildly slower than everyone elses... i really enjoyed the awkward silence after she pointed it out though and everyone refused to tell her why

The thing is - he kinda didn't? They have abadoned the "must add to 5" method of scoring team tasks several series ago at this point. I was actually kind of glad Alex tried to bring it back here but seems that was shot down again. Pity really.
@@bonzjoe The inly thing that matters in teamtask in regards to points is the points difference anyway, so doesn't matter if it's 3 to 1 or 5 to 3 points. Sometimes a team is clearly better that 1 simple point difference but maybe not so much better that it's worth a 3 point difference.
This episode is just gold (as is this series and the whole show, tbh). But the Maypole task, especially Bridget's attempt, and all the banter that ensues in the studio is simply priceless.
It is a great line-up with different characters, who all want to win, but some with lower effort. They had five different approaches to recreating the pictures as well.
I adore Judi in this series, especially with how (in the studio) she justifies her attempts at the tasks. My personal favorite moment has to be her explaining her traffic cone pyramids

Chris and Ardal are two of my all-time favorite contestants. They're so wholesome and fun. On a different note, I think it would have been more fair (but probably less fun) to have them draw the same object for the studio task. I think anyone would recognize a plastic lobster but that jam-covered vase was a challenge.

I love seeing these uploads. Finally the international community gets to see and interact with these all together now instead of a year apart. The prize task was an exercise in creative BSing. The maypole task was an excellent demonstration of how to maintain situational awareness even under the pressure of performance. That scooter soccer task was glorious, really shows how the three-player team doesnt' always have the advantage with the third body and Greg's Gaffe should be on the highlight reel for the whole season.
From the States, I need this show!!! Americs needs this show!!! If this was on NBC on Saturday nights 7pm it would take off. Not an american version, just this show.

For the second task, I was thinking about taking a photo of the taskmaster art on the window. Considering the art must’ve been deemed cool to place there. Would’ve been super easy to replicate that lol.

It's easier to recognize but harder to draw, I think there's some sort of balance there. Whether or not it was met, now that's more subjective
