    I went through a class on lean manufacturing and am currently taking a six-sigma class. There is a big difference. I think lean has so much more to add right away. I think your video is great. I hope you are still producing them.

    The seven wastes do not add value for the productivity process, and therefore, must be eliminated through kaizen.

    My factory went lean and it has been hell on earth to work for. Everyone is unhappy and you can see the quality that used to be produced has disappeared along with everyone's dignity. But have fun with this garbage.

      JayTap then clearly lean wasn't implemented correctly. For starters it's not a "one-and-done" thing. It's continuous improvement. Always tweaking the processes to make it better and easier for the employees to do their jobs.

      We had a similar experience they will always say it was done wrong or not real lean lol
