    Thanks! Perfect workout for me to start building body/ muscle, at home/ no gym/ no equipment. Just what I needed. You got me to believe I am not 'stuck' with what 'I got' but can improve my body/ build muscle, in 50s. A total mindset change. Thanks.

    Maybe you don't realize Melissa that at the end of the video, we no longer hear you speak anymore. It seems like it must have been an editing mistake - maybe it can be fixed? Otherwise, great video!

    Somewhere @ 15.00 music came in and I could t hear you anymore though I could see that you talking,. Don’t know what happened! But I’m thankful you still had the captions on anyhow as far as how long the reps to the exercises are.

    This is a really great work-out. I did it today February 14th, 2021. I hope I have the will power to continue. How long should I continue with this workout? One or two months? I'm scheduled to do the HIT Workout on Wednesday. Thank you, I really do appreciate this and everything that you do.

    Just did the work out loved it. Hope you do like a hit workout low impact like this. Keep on doing more strength training with just bodyweight to.

    Thanks! Tried this today. Should it be done everyday? If you are making more videos I would like something that would tone inner thighs as well. And generally just want to keep as strong as I can through menopause and beyond, so advice about best exercises for this would be good. Thanks

    Thanks for workout great when your on holidays and no equipment..just letting you know music comes over your voice around the tricep mark and no subtitles so not sure what you are saying?

    My goodness, I really struggle to do more than one chair squat with either leg; I had no idea I've lost so much strength in my quads (and my balance is not good). Are regular squats a sufficient substitute in the meantime?

      It's okay to start where you are, and it's great that you're paying attention to your body's signals. If regular squats feel more manageable for you right now, they can be a good substitute as you work on building strength and balance. You can gradually work your way up to chair squats with one leg as you feel more comfortable. Remember to listen to your body, focus on proper form, and take things one step at a time.

    I love the exercises, but oh boy does that music really annoy me (had to put it on silent). Pref without music or better workout music in future please 🙏
