Is it the same ratio of sugar to juice for all citrus?? Lime, grapefruit?? 1 cup juice to 3/4 sugar?

I saw yor video on lemon concentrate, I had hundred of lemons his year, and didn't know what to do with them,so sqeezed them and froze them in tio cubes ( nothing added) , can I use them and prepare them for bottling as in your video, ?
