The function "4k output selector" on my Sony A7sII is grayed off, so I cannot record the video directly on the smallHD. Any help on how enable this setting in order to turn off internal camera recording and use only recording into the smallHD?

I just tested on my 501 and it does not work. Even putting the Canon battery. Seems like the power it takes only via the rear battery plates?
@@ElTaita I just tried to power my 501 via a power bank and USB and it wouldn't turn on. I think it's not true after all.
