Listening to you talk about FaB during LoR days always peaked my interest in the game. Seeing this just confirms that I should start with this new set releasing later - runeblade looks awesome.
I've never been super interested in Wizards so I don't have many of the cards but these two do look cool. Might just play the Runeblades though since I do have all their cards and can save money 😅
I'm so conflicted, i reeeeeally want to play one of these heroes but storm stridera fuckin doubling in price kinda hurts my faith that I'll be able to afford either Verdance or Oscilio

My excitement is beyond 100 rn. Bought striders the morning of the battle hardened because I wanted to try kano and now there are two more rly cool looking heroes to try
Florian: i think will be the new OTK/turtle viscerai where you play defensive using embodiments and healing then generating massive amounts of runechants from his ability and spec. Verdance: i think like you said her ability will be when ever you gain life get amp 1, i really want to play her if she is a grindy wizard similar to bullander Aurora: lighting runeblade goes fast... Oscilio: i think it will be based around charging up energy counters that you can redeem for amp, dont know how it charges
I thunk they mentioned that they want to reserve the big spoilers for the in person world premiere and thay we wouldn't get many or important spoilers before that
Aurora's ability needs 2 resources and CLV is a yellow. Lightning's classical colour is yellow. I expect Aurora to be at least somewhat yellow focused.
imagine verdance starts at something crazy like 20 or 25life... and her effects basically give really good healing output... so we run bullander 2.0 but we play all the cards that care about being less life than opponent :D not sure if it'll be my jam since it's not very wizard-y but yeah
Those earth cards seem neat, but I'm a ninja main currently, so I'm looking forward for lighting stuff too, might even try lighting wizard if he's not too complicated. Also I'm becoming interested in runeblade class too, glad that it gets more new cards. But first I need to learn to play my current main decks well, as I'm still new to the game and also with so much new exciting stuff incoming, I'll need to be smart about managing my budget (I know I'll be buying too much stuff as always :D)

Majin, if you like the art on Germinate check out the album cover of "Lungs" by Florence & the Machine. I'm almost *certain* it's a reference. Especially with the "Flor" in both their names.
I don't think there's going to be a path from banish to deck. I think they'll be more of a path of banish from graveyard to increase effect. Almost a pseudo Shadow brute effect
At least we might not have to wait too long to see some more lightning or earth cards, due to the announcement of the First Strike decks coming out early in August with Aurora and Terra (new Earth Guardian!). I actually kind of have hope that Terra’s adult card is in the expansion slot for Rosetta? Would be a nice place to drop it to get all three classes back up and running… and he looks to be way more fun than Oldhim, since he looks like the kind of guardian that wants to just punch you through a wall instead of dragging the game out.
Im betting adult terra will be an armory deck sooner than in the expansion, based on james white saying they would be introducing new heroes through armory decks yet.

Heartbeat of Candlehold. cost 1 gain 3 for a blue does not seem underrate. If it would also amp 3, that would be value 6 on a blue off tunic. too strong maybe. Perhaps whenever you gain life, put an energy counter. instant - remove 3 energy counters, amp 1.
23:00 I disagree. Aether flare with another spell isn't that scary. It's scary in Kano, but that's because kano has blazing aether to multiply the damage again, and wildfire to kill you, making any small bit of damage very threatening. The tomes with go again are powerful, but I think kano is proof that having infinite action points isn't good enough to win unless you have broken stuff like wildfire and blazing aether.
Majiin is such an influential FaB creator that they made a set just for him.
