Thank You for posting this... I believe the only remnants left of this line are located at Food Terminal Plaza, behind La Quinta Inn (400 Sargent Drive) which would be in-line with Meadow St. I remember the tracks used to cross the Boulevard between Kings & the Flea Market

Grew up in West Haven. Used to explore this old line which 50 yrs ago was easier to find.
