I went through the entire 10.0 series you did and it gave me a much deeper comprehension of Logic. Logic had since then updated SO MUCH that when I had gone back to reference some things I needed to brush up on I found that the concepts clearly would still apply but where to access them or some weird minor things made it challenging. That being said I’m SOOOO happy you are doing the tutorial again with the newer version of Logic. I’ll be sharing the link with some friends who could use the tutorials as well. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge with the community, you are one of if not the best UA-cam channel for Logic tutorials.
Do you (or anyone else) have any tips on reducing/remove ambient noise? I feel like this is a compression or noise gate issue. As I add more gain to my vocal tracks, there is more "white noise" coming through as well. Any tips or suggestions on how to reduce that sort of thing? Thank you!

Just switched to Logic Pro from Studio One, this is surprisingly easy to use. You're the best. For the past week I just watched specific videos for the thing I'm trying to do. I do this to familiarize. But now I think I'll watch this series as I really like Logic Pro now.
Man... starting over again from the ground up. That takes dedication and passion for helping people. Your videos were invaluable for me switching to Logic back in 2017 - I had been a Cubase user since 2003 and was worried about completly redeveloping my workfrlow from scratch. But your videos really helped me pick and choose what I needed in an inssanely efficient way. No fluff or other extranious content. Thank you for all you've done over the years and I hope you're aware how many you've truly helped and the joy you've brought into the world by giving people the path to follow their creativity experiencing technology as an asset as opposed to a hinderance. Holy crap. this is huge. Thanks. I have been using logic for a long time but today i opened it and had no idea how to use it. It kept choosing Tough Kit for me and making all my loops drum sounds. I gave up. I only use it once a year now for my music charity. I will try to pick and choose how to use this now. it seems like a new lay out and complicated now. i realize it does a lot. I only need it to do Tibetan Mantra chanting track

Dude, I was literally just watching a years old video of yours on I/O Buffer Size and wondered if you would ever think of updating the series for the latest version of LPX. Very cool. It's a huge help for many of us. If I could throw a suggestion into the "video idea jar".....while there are a lot of videos out there that discuss VST software like Superior Drummer 3, there really isn't a GREAT one out there. Seeing how popular VST stuff is with the modern bedroom studio songwriter/producer, I'm sure it would get your channel a ton of traffic. Anyway, thanks for all you do, Josh!

I just bought a new 88 key midi controller too with fully weighted and graded keys and have some really nice VST plugins. I'm looking forward to using them all and learning from your series. Hey Josh, you've helped me for years with logic and I was wondering if logic has the capability to focus on frequencies in a song similar to how software like riffstation works. I work all songs out by ear and that feature would really help hear subtle guitar harmonies etc. Best Logic tutorials hands down!
