How can you tell if liquid oral solution has gone bad? This is my third bottle of 10% that in under two weeks has started “growing” white foam/clump and I still have like 75% of the bottle left. Is it spoiled?

Neosporin (Origional) would probably help with that as it contains antibiotics but it depends on what is causing the skin infection.
