New Painting Theme - May 2024 - Fields of Grace

- This May, I invite you to join me in a special painting theme that I am calling: "Fields of Grace."
Inspired by the cherished memories of my mother, who passed away in May 2021, this theme is not about the grief of loss but the beautiful hope of reunion. When I think of heaven, I envision vast, serene fields-endless expanses of flowers in vibrant bloom and grasses dancing gracefully with the breeze.
"Fields of Grace" symbolizes the eternal beauty and peace we find in these thoughts. Throughout this month, we will explore these heavenly vistas as we paint and create. I will guide you through various tutorials, helping you capture the essence of these tranquil landscapes.

Hello Miss Susan, my name is Elisabeth. I lost my brother John last month in a terrible car accident. I was the driver.
I have been having a hard time, but I truly love to paint and I think this is the perfect opportunity to get back into it. John bought me more paints just last Christmas.
I will try to paint some beautiful fields in his memory🤍
Oh my goodness, Elisabeth. My heart is aching for you, my dear. I know you must wrestle with all kinds of feelings of grief and guilt, but God would not want you to hang onto those negative emotions but remember all of the beautiful times with your brother. Art is healing and your brother would’ve wanted you to be painting! I pray that you can immerse yourself and feel peace in the artistic process. God be with you sweetheart. I’m praying for you.
