VW T6.1 speaker fault inspection with door card removal

The owner of this stunning VW T6.1 came to see us today for us to have a look at his van as the audio had become unbearable to listen to at higher volumes.
upon investigation we found the incorrect speaker collars had been used, this was causing the speaker to hit the door card, also when upgrading the speakers in these vehicles the door card needs to be trimmed to give enough room for the speaker.
there was also a lack of deadening so we put a few spare sheets in on the house and trimmed the door to stop the rattles.
now his speakers sound better i wouldn't say wicked but there's no rattles!
