hii! i just bought one yesterday and it’s so pretty!! i love philodendrons for their simplicity in care and thick roots. you explained the pot difference perfectly and even i’m learning terracotta are great for people who overwater as well. thank you so much for this demo and your root growth in 6 months is crazy!
One of my leaves which was all green (underneath) has a few yellow spots on it. I just bought it 2 weeks ago, and I'm scared its root rot ... What should I do ?? I also have not watered since I bought it as the soil still seemed to be so wet. Also , soon inspection I noticed it's 2 plants in one aswell, should I seperate ?
....what a beauty.

Very informative thank you
But ive heard you need to let the soil dry out between watering
Do you water it after repoting it ?
