If yes I agree for some of the frames I can't tell if Goku's proportionality is messed or of it is for shortening missing the mark of ideal execution. Of course amateurs should be held to an amateur standard and there have been times when actual high budget professional productions have had episodes and sometimes entire seasons the art look terrible and I am not even including the emphatic transformation shots people like to clown the Pain attacks Konoha sequence for I mean Goku getting his driver's license the head to body proportionality is way off their necks are way too long. Cellbuzzer looks good I mean until things start happening and then it is like wtf. But hey it is an amateur this is the quality level that the most skilled artists at Image Comics puts out on a regular basis and somehow make money doing so. No one who does any of the strawberry jam looking blood series deserves to be employed.
