I think you could have easily cooked that inside of the truck as you did outside in this instance with perhaps a smaller burner like the one you used for boiling coffee that is during unfavorable weather. That burger looks delicious and paired really well with that pickle. I like that get an extended tray which gives you room for spreading out your food. Thank you for sharing this video with us.

AND IT DID! 😂😂 There is nothing to make food taste better than outdoor fresh air cooking like this! I have absolutely no advice to give you - it looked perfect just the way you did it! Large burgers sometimes break, but that's ok, just pick up all the bits and they taste even better than a whole burger, crispy, more texture! I like a little Dijon mustard and a little ketchup with the burger, and IF you have it, some fried onions! YUMMM! It doesn't need to be a masterpiece because it doesn't usually last long enough to have it's photo taken! 😂😂 The homemade pickles looked tasty - we call those "Gherkins" here. They finish off the taste perfectly don't they! OK - another simple question for your future Q&A session - Which truck (so far) have you enjoyed driving the most!
