What exactly is the "water" warranty that was mentioned? Also, why do some communities have CDD's and others do not?

Great question. The water intrusion has to do with water entering the home. Also CDD really depends on how the property was developed. Typically you will see a CDD with communities that have more amenities. Definitely not the final equation but to give you a general idea
