Excellent review, thank you! I've got a carbon sportback in red due to arrive in a few weeks. I did add the RS Dynamic Pack and the option that gives me the B&O sound system, mine came to £61k when ordered last September. I prefer the carbon to the vorsprung, as you get an added rear wing and alloys without the horrid stickers. It's replacing my A45s+ and having driven the new RS3, can confirm it sounds better, is more comfortable, handles better, feels about the same in terms of power and interiors? Even Stevens in that respect. If only we got the RS styling pack to add some colour, blame Audi UK for that - hard to fathom why they did that. Still, it's OK and I think slightly better quality than my Merc. Really looking forward to getting mine, the wait will have been worth it I am sure. Thanks again, subbed your channel.
I'm actually going from the Merc to the RS3. Having now driven the new RS3, it moves the game on from my current car, no doubt about that. My RS3 arrives in a few weeks.
good if you want to pay 70k for one! dam ugly front and rear plastic section! merc a45s amg looks much better and inside not drab! like the new bmw 240i xdrive though and for around 50k top spec looks good!
RS3 Vorsprung Edition Price £61,900 The Vorsprung adds to both Standard and Carbon Black spec with a lot of extra stuff. Highlights include adaptive suspension. adaptive cruise control, head-up display, Bang & Olufsen stereo, panoramic roof, electrically-adjustable front seats, driver's seat memory, and adjustable lumbar support. Oh, and the speed limiter is raised to 174mph.
Have A red Carbon Edition Sports Back on order still currently due to the war it is on hold cost in Australia is $108,000 delivered by far a better car than AMG and cheaper than BMW AND AMG
Comparing EV’s to cars like the RS 3 is a bit like comparing an iPod to a record player….iPod is great but the record player sound and originality is sooooo much better. Thank you Audi for still letting us have a 5 cylinder engine🙌🏼
I think that one should be cautious of adding “must have or could have” options to the price ticket, when often the most basic (with those little options like are rear view camera) may be the “most honest”. Out of boredom ( I am very boring) I have spec’d up all kinds of cars like Honda Jazzes and stuff and the ticket can nearly be doubled from the most basic. In October, I put a deposit down for an RS3 (before the December increase) for £3K less than a local, nearly new 71 reg fairly basic spec Golf R with 2K miles. I guess that we all know this stuff in this weird market but it is to Audi’s credit that they are still prepared to make such a car
Fancy a hot hatch that costs half the price of the RS 3? Step this way - ua-cam.com/video/Bz0SEOkrxtk/v-deo.html

@Andy C great shout Andy. Love the interior on an M240i, even though I’m not big on the styling.

Around 50k.....where?
I suggest nearer 60k, 57k gets you entry level.
Im curious how much is the car here as tested?
Prices start at £52,000 - or £54,000 OTR. The car we had here was a Launch Edition costing £57,770.

Is it still relevant in the time of electric revolution 🤦
There are no electric cars that are as fun to drive as this thing.
100% relevant! Revolution takes time! It will be another 15 to 20 years (country dependent), and also EVs are still quite expensive in many countries.
It's exceptionally relevant seeing as how electric cars of the next 15 years will end up creating far more waste.

Cringe
