Such an amazing video. I hope to join a competition like this because I am also a Freediver. Indeed, Freediving is great and for me, it is definitely healthy for the well-being of a person. Being able to relax under water and at the same time enjoy the beauty of the sea and all its fullness.
Awesome video of the week. Looks like you guys were pretty busy filming as well as participating. 31m after one deep week for me and can’t wait to go back and do another. 🤗
Yeah, I think I touched the bottom of a 12 foot pool when I was a kid, and that’s it. Maybe I drowned in a past life or something because for me freediving freaks me out. But props to the people who like it! The video is awesome- really nice docu style and I liked the interviews and action. It was edited really nicely! Glad you guys had a good time! ✌🏼
Karin Bhahaha I wish there was a laughing reaction on UA-cam! That was funny. I couldn’t go to 12 feet without my ears giving me trouble! A huge thing I’m trying to work on so I can be better at FD farther. Thank you Karin!! That is so great to hear, thank you! 💛
TRACING THOUGHT I hope you’ll be able to do better! It was interesting how people report positive effects on becoming less stressed as they practice more. I can see how that would happen. (I’m still not going to do it, though, haha.)
Paula, so many thank you's!! Could not be happier that you enjoyed the vid! and I think you just branded our new hashtag on the funny end of things #goingdeep .... that's good....
Music selection throughout this whole video was on point 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 great interviews. So awesome that people are able to get a sense of relief from anxiety, depression and negative thoughts by free diving. I have no idea how deep I can go but I doubt it’s very far haha
Hahaha I bet you can go farther than you think! Free diving is such a fascinating sport. We can't wait to get to know it better over the next few years. Thank you
Wow this was a really neat video. I never thought that free diving under water would help you cope with stress and help you to clear your head, but it makes a lot of sense after hearing these divers talk about it. Again awesome video loved the quality and the one one talk with the divers. The furthest i have ever been under water was during Water survival for work. They simulated a Helicopter turning over in the pool the pool was 18 foot deep and they put us on the bottom two or three times like that and my ears popped pretty quick. But I never had the chance to go any deeper then that, I can imagine is very difficult.
Same Blaise, it is more of a therapeutic moment than we even realized it would be. 6m, that's far for just being thrown into it!! Under stress though, gah, i'm sure that was not the best feeling in the world! 6m relaxed on the other hand.... now that's romantic. The power is real.
Hahaha I think if you were going to start adventuring out into the open sees, holding onto a rope and slowly moving your way down may be the way to do it! Much love Chris! Thank you!
Wow ma'am that was amazing swimming underwater in the ocean and nice to meet those interview with shaz and everyone else I like her hair looks so pretty and beautiful she was wearing a bikini and her fins looks amazing this ocean looks so huge
How DEEP can you go underwater on one breath?!
25 meters with no fins and I’m 15 years old can’t wait to try get in to the deep week festival when I’m older
