Omg you went to tulumbin USS liberty! I've been scuba diving from the resort next door matahari twice with our uni dive club such a beautiful place 😍 I wish I was able to free dive that wreck 👌🏻

I've a big problem with equalization, I hope I can join ur course, and try to work on my equalizing skills. I had some issues with previous freediving course, I ended up bleeding from my nose, and mouth, and dizziness after diving.
ah sounds like you were having issues with your sinuses or nasal cavity. The best thing about Deep Week is that it runs for 8 days so there is so much more time to work with equalisation problems because they usually take a few days to sort out :) if you want more info just send me an email to adam.thomas.stern@gmail.com
hey all! im from london and going to bali this year end of september! reason for choosing bali is your videos! :) would loooove to do the deep week, but since im going with my gf and she is scared of diving (but does not mind snorkeling), so its not very...."cost effective"! so im planing to do aida 2* this spring here in uk. that aside... i "think" we will be landing in denpasar. any location to stay you would suggest for 2 weeks with nice diving spots, AND something to do outside water? p.s. is the only way getting around is to rent a car/scooter?
We always dive with buddies so there would never be a situation when someone couldn't help you but usually leg cramps aren't severe enough that a person can't continue to swim to the surface.

very welcome Kevin :) There are several great schools in Amed, Bali. Just have a look at them and see which one you feel suits your style the best because they all have a slightly different approach

Hey Adam, or any other professionals, i have a important question. I have much more difficulty compensating in my right ear than my left. Left ear doesnt require much force, but my right ear requires alot. about 2-3 times more force if i were to estimate. Im a complete beginner at freediving. bearly been down to about 6 meters. However i would love to go deeper and longer. problem is it requires alot of energy, muscle and breath for me to compensate in my right ear. Any tips? should i just give up and find another hobby? dont want to do that. any replies are helpful
You definitely don't need to find another hobby :) This is a very common issue and one that solves itself with time. Check out my video on Solving equalisation problems :) it will answer a lot of your questions

Head to Amed or Tulamben or Nusa Lembogan or the Gili Islands :) you're going to love it! it's a true playground :)
