such an interesting color. it seems to look different every time I see it. looks much more orange in the video, more brownish orange when I saw it in person on a Tundra, and almost entirely brown in low light. I have mine on order. hoping it is really more orange than brown, but guess we'll see.
Thanks for this video. I have been waiting to see the actual Terra color on the TRD Pro 4Runner. I have one coming in a few weeks. If I was closer...but I'm in Colorado.

Guys, unfortunately, this color doesn't look so dark in real life. I wished to be darker but looks lighter in real life. That was my whole disappointment when I saw it for the first time. I've seen it recently on a 2024 Tundra TRD Pro. The videos and the pictures can't show you how it looks in real life, it looks darker on videos and pictures.
It’s not my favorite color, I’m waiting on mine. But I do think it’ll look good in the Southern Utah/Northern Arizona landscape.
What color red does this look closest to? I was thinking Barcelona rebranded?

I have a Solar Octane and love it. I thought I would like this color and trade mine in until we saw it at our dealership. My wife said it looks like a cockroach. So we stuck with the pumpkin. 😊

It’s meh, I’ll keep my Solar Octane. Voodoo Blue and Solar Octane I think will be the most sought after when the 4Runner is killed after this year.

While I do like the solar octane color it just screams look at me and draws too much attention. Not my style, glad you enjoy it. This new terra is downright ugly imo. I’m really trying to like it but can’t

They went back to those about 6 months. They had a shortage of the flow form wheels.

Solar Octane and this new Terra both look dull.
Please explain how a super bright orange metallic (Solar Octane) is dull. It’s about the least dull paint color offered on any mass produced vehicle in recent history.

Thanks for posting, just as I thought, not a nice color. This and lime rush are the worst trd pro colors. Got an underground pro arriving in the next week, much more neutral color that I can live with for awhile.
So, what you are saying is you don’t like color. That’s fine, but I think a lot of people are glad Toyota continues to offer interesting colors like Army Green, Lime Rush, Solar Octane and Terra that don’t just blend in with everything else.
I saw underground in person I think it’s much worse than mgm no idea wtf touota changed it. Underground looks very flat and matte and cheap looking in person (similar to dodge Durango grey)
@@jamesp6283 it’s just not a metallic color, it is a gloss gray with the same shiny clear coat top layer as every other Toyota paint color. It’s definitely not flat or matte. It seems like a lot of people either use the terms flat or matte incorrectly, or think something needs to be metallic or pearl to be shiny. That would be sparkly, which I agree Underground, as well as Terra and many other current and past colors are not.

Ugly color but amazing vehicle. The blue and orange are ugly colors too. If its not all black or the white one, I wouldnt get it.
