So proud of Paris for speaking her truth in many ways! She was born to be a star and anybody who talks down on her has NO IDEA how incredible she is and they are simply just jealous. She is the kindest, most genuine person I have ever met in my entire life and I am so inspired by her grace and elegance. I love her music so much and she has helped me get through very dark times growing up. I was bullied and felt very alone as a child and The Simple Life was the only thing to make me laugh. She is a true Queen cause she is beautiful on the inside AND out. I also respect her so much for the work she is doing helping the children and literally changing LAWS! Like it doesn’t get more iconic than that! Also when everyone else was too weak and turned a blind eye to what Britney Spears was dealing with, she was the FIRST PERSON to speak up for her and I will never forget that! Hollywood is a very tough industry and what Britney went through was incredibly disgusting and Paris is always being a good friend and speaking up for injustices. She has my love and respect for all of eternity! Keep shining my beautiful Queen! That’s hot 😘🫶🏼

TLDR STORY BUT HANG IN THERE WITH ME…. So Paris & her crew once got into an ice throwing fight with me…
So, we were in a VIP booth in Vegas. (this was sooooo long ago) she was totally faded & standing on the booth or table or something dancing. Someone in my party took a pic of me & friends who happened to be on the side of the booth where it looked like they could’ve been trying to get a pic of her. Some guy in her group got mad & started yelling at us & started throwing ice at us.
Not trying to act like we were something special, we were all just used to being around people who were known or were known ourselves (I mean like locally known, not meaning celebrities). I grew up in Vegas, was in the entertainment industry, friends with access, so lots of backstages, private events etc, met tons of celebs, entertained many celebs (not like that, actual entertainment hosting, promo, stage acts, gogo etc… if you’ve ever heard of the “naked Hollywood kittens” A- you’re old like me 😂 and B- if you know you know)… TLDR, not the kind of ppl to take random photos of celebs. Aaaanyways, yes, at least one or 2 ppl in our party started throwing ice back and an ice throwing fight ensued 🤣 she was really faded & got upset & complained about us but we were genuinely not instigating so they had her move. As they were walking away (mind you, EARLY 20’s at this time & I don’t think she was even 21 yet tbh) I yelled “where’s Nicole?” As they were being escorted “away”, a friend yells something about Nicole being the funny one.
Prior to all this mind you, I was a HUGE fan of The Simple Life, thought the 1st seasons were hilarious. When they separated I lost interest. It was the chemistry I loved.
So, FF to now… both grown… I think she has turned into such a lovely woman and mother… but that’s not why I now appreciate her so much. I was also in a program in Utah & experienced much of what she did. I tried so hard to bring attention when I got out (ran away), called CPS, reported they were unlicensed in the state etc. I got nowhere. This a hole kept getting shut down and opening new programs. When I learned all of what she it only went through but the fact that she spoke out to bring light to the issue, I gained a whole new respect for her. I am now just a mental health therapist who works county & state for adolescents so I can be a better helper than that which was afforded to me. Any government worker in this area can tell you, there’s a lot more $ to be made in private practice but I wanted to help the kids who didn’t have the proper resources. I say “only” not because my job doesn’t matter, it does! But because I don’t have a platform to where my story or the stories of the others kids that went through it, the kids who ended it all right after being released or escaping, the kids who ended up in dark places and never recovered, the kids who never needed to be there in the 1st place, the now adults who still experience PTSD etc, the parents who were brainwashed and lost contact with their kids, the ones who ran away never to be seen again…. Those of us that learned to thrive and turn our experiences into a positive and those who chose to help others… OUR STORIES WILL NEVER BE HEARD…. But Paris HAD that platform. She brought attention. She was so brave and so vulnerable as a PUBLIC FIGURE DID & she used her voice. And I couldn’t respect her more for what doing so. I’m sure you’ll never see this Paris but, thank you. Thank you for using the resources you had to do your part in bringing awareness. I’m a fan for life. And can’t wait to see it! Xoxo
Oof.. should probably add.. We THOUGHT she was faded… maybe she wasn’t, we were too so, perspective. Some of her entourage were definitely drunk or on something & it did SEEM like she had been drinking but to be 100% fair I can’t say for certain she was. That’s just the perspective I had at the time.
