Well you made the market react for sure. They have skyrocketed over 100+ for the 97-98 and now the others are slowly moving up. Somebody bought out all the metal shredders and then someone paid $80 for one! I have 1 of each. Im good w that. Just crazy how they are jumping. I wonder if youre the one who bought the metal shredders. ;)

You have deffinately help me as i am fairly new to nba cards .picking up many rookie cards .the one I have been buying a lot of is tyler herro I think he has great investment opportunities. Like you say buy low sell high .you might be able to do a video on tyler herro .don't no if you think the same but his shooting abilities are amazing .and as a team doing quite well so who knows
You're right... Those cards are amazing. I remember buying blasters of metal from Target and KMart as a teenager. Some of the most beautiful cards ever made. I think I'm gonna start collecting these again. That 2nd year Kobe is nasty. Looks like the death star in his card.
There are so many cheap Jordans to be had out there. I've been buying up for years and im glad i did. I think the new documentary is gonna bumb up the values and bring attention to younger collectors that didn't get lucky enough to watch his air-ness. Great viddy mate!👍
I was a HUGE JORDAN fan , my uncles & I watched basketball all the time growing up & I didn't hardly ever miss a jordan game lol. We collected cards of several different things but mostly basketball cards. I sold alot of mine when I first got married and still regret it. One of my uncles passed away he practically raised me & in going through his things I seen he still had all of his cards still almost. Several several Michael Jordan & many other great ones. He has about 8 I just found still in plastic cases Brings back lots of memories. Been trying to see what some are worth now , cards can change prices so quickly & it's been a longtime since I even checked.....
What can I say ...PSA COLLECTOR once again on point! I bought the metal shredder and the fireball for .40 cents a piece at a card show in the summer. I think its the prizm look and feel, combined with the crazy graphics. Don't stop Matt! keep it coming!
lol you took the buy low and sell high to the extreme! I wish I could go back in time and pick these up for .40 cents a piece! The designs on these cards a some of the best ever, period! I see this set going up in value tremendously over the next few years. Even baseball and football 👍🏻
I got a 1997 Fleer Metal Michael Jordan in a bag of 90s baseball cards at goodwill for $1. Not in amazing condition, has a little whiting on the edges, but still one of my better purchases.
Those Fleer Metal cards are so boss! Glad I bought packs of those back in the day. The design and concept was unlike anything I've seen card wise at that time
Happy I picked up a PSA 10 Jordan fleer rookie and Scottie Pippen rookie PSA 10 back in February already going for 4x more than what I paid. It’s still going up and the documentary hasn’t even been released 😂😂😂😂😂
Hey Matt, I just took down a 1991 upper deck promo #1 Jordan in a psa 9! That card is extremely undervalued right now and has really low pop. I think it could really increase after people figure out that it's his first upper deck card ever
Bad thing is by the time psa opens and these prices keep climbing they won't let you grade them in bulk submission prices. They will upcharge you and depending on how they grade they will upcharge also if they get to valuable. I don't think they will get high enough for that but def grade as soon as they open to avoid upcharges if you can.
Ya, I don't like how they upcharge...it's sitting there for 5 months or more, heard of some going like 9 months, they promise 3 1/2 months...so all my 2003 bowman Lebrons will now be upcharged I guess...uhhgg
And honestly to boot...what's the difference of grading a $10 card vs a $1,000 card...it's the same process...open box, verify order, grade it, verify, encapsulate, quality control (they lack with this, don't know how many scratched cases I see when boxes are opened), and then ship out...same process...don't get it

Hey good video man! it's crazy now that I look back at some of the Jordans that I gave up when I was in my early teenage years and and some as an adult. I gave up some within the last 5 to 10 years like the Jordan scoring kings which was only about 60 bucks at the time and I am crying looking at how much that is going up and how much people seek after that card and how much I wish I had it. I actually bought a box of 9394 Fleer ultra on eBay for $35 back in 2009 and I pulled the Michael Jordan all NBA and the scoring kings in that same box and I sold them both up stupidly...... I had stop ped collecting cards around the 2000-01 season....I remember being on eBay about 3 years ago and not wanting to spend $150 on a box of metal universe or similar brands but now I wish I had because those boxes go for over $1,000 at times😓
Wow I remember those metal cards back then but I never bought any. They are beautiful looking. I have lots of JORDAN inserts from the 90’s but not that one which I want one now. Interestingly I have a few basketball cars that are actually made of metal like aluminum but I’m not sure what year it was and have to dig it up. I know I had a Tyrone Lue metal card for sure. They're focusing on Jordan final year in Chicago but they may do a whole episode or more on Jazz and their Finals that no one is really looking at ie; Karl Malone, Stockton, etc. that may get a boost since we already know Pippen and Rodman going up.

The '95 Fleer you got is the "bronze/copper" more common card. Also look for the SILVER Spotlight ones of the '95 Fleer Metal that are more rare. Just bought two raw for $40 each and currently '95 Fleer Metal silver psa 9 in auction going for $96 with 4 days left

The upside I see is that prices are really really good and easier to avoid high shipping costs from singles on ebay. The downside is you really don't know condition at all, they just list NM-MT. Hey Matt. Have you ever had issues with cards sliding around in the psa case. I just got a Michael Jordan card off eBay and the card is sliding around in the case. I’m just worried it’ll eventually get damaged from all the movement.
I have a MJ 1993 retirement card 1/10,000 do you think those will go up in price as well? Also i was able to pick one of these up a few days ago but sadly it has a small dent in the corner want to get it graded but I'm afraid it might come back low.

Another awesome video man. I recently bought a card COLLECTION from a guy I used to work with apparently his father bought out an old card shop years ago. So I pulled the trigger on it all we're going through stuff that was in top loaders and so far I've found 22 Shaq rc and about 60 different Jordans nothing giant value but all are in nice shape. I'm Even gonna open some of the boxes on my channel. I have a question for you how do you get better at editing these videos and the special effects. Any tips on what your using. Thanks again for the videos
Sounds like a fun task at hand! That'll make great video content for your channel! As far as editing, you can use UA-cam's video editor to edit out the , er's, um's, and boring parts. There are a bunch of free editing tools out the as well. I use Adobe Premeire Pro to edit all the mistakes and stutters then I render and edit in Adobe After Effects. These programs need some vigorous training in order be utilized properly. They aren't necessary though. I use them because I have a speech impediment and need to edit the crap out of my videos lol. As far as the graphics go, don't worry about that right now. Focus on making videos covering a plethora of topics. I think you should document your process on buying the collection, man. Document everything from sorting through the cards, to listing them and selling, to finding out which ones are valuable. Just keep knocking videos out and getting better at maybe editing them to make them short. I like to make vides MAX 20 minutes and at least 10 minutes. I'll make a video on this because it's getting difficult to explain everything in a paragraph! Keep up the grind and focus on the content not on getting fancy 👍🏻
I enjoy the 96-97 Metal base and Metal Shredders sunset. Fun card. The metalized MJ subset is very popular as well. Good news is in my experience opening packs of Fleer Metal there is not a ton of sticking. The foil does much better than the gloss finish on sets like Stadium club. Stadium club sticks A LOT
Great video. I actually bought a PSA 8 Power in the key of Jordan for $158.89. It's a bit more than I wanted to pay but with the way things are going, I think prices might even double again. I also traded my Jeter PSA 5 for a Jordan 1995 Metal #4 PSA 9 and AD NT Siguratures /49 BGS 9.5
hey whats up brother long time subscriber love what you do you got me back into collecting again. had a quick question i've been collecting almost 34 years i need to get rid of a bunch of my stuff to make room for the new stuff. when i say i got the cards brother i could roll with anybody out there i have cards for weeks (a lot of cards) i have at least 5 or 6 .....................................million. i have chromes, topps finest, metals,metal universe,skyteck forces,metal shredders,topps gold labels,bowmans best, bowmans best chromes, i promise you if you can think of them i got them. i have never really knew much about grading so they are not graded but they all have been took care of moisture free no exstreme sun light or heat everyone has only been handled by me(excluding the ones i've picked up at yard sales and estate sales) with white rubber gloves and are all in sleeve's or soft sleeves or hard sleeves. please let me know if you know anyone interested ill make someone very very very happy i promise you they will make all kinds of money off of them. cant wait till the next video. thanks again for what you do.

buy only Gem! base on charts , demand is high compared to raw which usually have flaws!

Another awesome video man. I recently bought a card COLLECTION from a guy I used to work with apparently his father bought out an old card shop years ago. So I pulled the trigger on it all we're going through stuff that was in top loaders and so far I've found 22 Shaq rc and about 60 different Jordans nothing giant value but all are in nice shape. I'm Even gonna open some of the boxes on my channel. I have a question for you how do you get better at editing these videos and the special effects. Any tips on what your using. Sounds like a fun task at hand! That'll make great video content for your channel! As far as editing, you can use UA-cam's video editor to edit out the , er's, um's, and boring parts. There are a bunch of free editing tools out the as well. I use Adobe Premeire Pro to edit all the mistakes and stutters then I render and edit in Adobe After Effects. These programs need some vigorous training in order be utilized properly. They aren't necessary though. I use them because I have a speech impediment and need to edit the crap out of my videos lol. As far as the graphics go, don't worry about that right now. Focus on making videos covering a plethora of topics. I think you should document your process on buying the collection, man. Document everything from sorting through the cards, to listing them and selling, to finding out which ones are valuable. Just keep knocking videos out and getting better at maybe editing them to make them short. I like to make vides MAX 20 minutes and at least 10 minutes. I'll make a video on this because it's getting difficult to explain everything in a paragraph! Keep up the grind and focus on the content not on getting fancy 👍🏻

I enjoy the 96-97 Metal base and Metal Shredders sunset. Fun card. The metalized MJ subset is very popular as well. Good news is in my experience opening packs of Fleer Metal there is not a ton of sticking. The foil does much better than the gloss finish on sets like Stadium club. Stadium club sticks A LOT

Great video. I actually bought a PSA 8 Power in the key of Jordan for $158.89. It's a bit more than I wanted to pay but with the way things are going, I think prices might even double again.
I also traded my Jeter PSA 5 for a Jordan 1995 Metal #4 PSA 9 and AD NT Siguratures /49 BGS 9.5

hey whats up brother long time subscriber love what you do you got me back into collecting again. had a quick question i've been collecting almost 34 years i need to get rid of a bunch of my stuff to make room for the new stuff. when i say i got the cards brother i could roll with anybody out there i have cards for weeks (a lot of cards) i have at least 5 or 6 .....................................million. i have chromes, topps finest, metals,metal universe,skyteck forces,metal shredders,topps gold labels,bowmans best, bowmans best chromes, i promise you if you can think of them i got them. i have never really knew much about grading so they are not graded but they all have been took care of moisture free no exstreme sun light or heat everyone has only been handled by me(excluding the ones i've picked up at yard sales and estate sales) with white rubber gloves and are all in sleeve's or soft sleeves or hard sleeves. please let me know if you know anyone interested ill make someone very very very happy i promise you they will make all kinds of money off of them. cant wait till the next video. thanks again for what you do.
