Is there any alternatives to thin out oil paint, other than linseed oil and turpentine, preferably something that isn't flammable? I have all this oil paint but nothing to thin it out with bc I can't have flammable stuff in the house.
a little late but citrus turpentines are non flammable and have no odor! there’s also a solvent free line of mediums by gamsol! as long as you store and dispose of all of your materials properly i’m sure there’s no major risk of them catching fire :) safe painting!
gamsol 100% and zero smell. ALWAYS make sure you’re still painting in a well ventilated area though. just because it doesn’t smell doesn’t mean it isn’t toxic!

try ogx hair oil
winsor liquin original, fumes are present so have ventilation
