Thank you for the comparison. I only have the Korbanth/Shadowfoil VeeOne and was curious how it stacked up against the MOM. Watching your video makes me want the MOM even more now! I will say, I do like that the VeeOne has a "clockable" pommel and I also like the design of the crystal chamber. My only gripe with the WeeOne (and I know it's probably minor to most people) is that I don't think you can fit a kill switch in the control box, like you can on the MOM. I don't want to have to unscrew the pommel to turn it on/off, if possible. Hopefully, 7Chambers makes more of the MOM of all Heroes.
Hey! Thanks for watching! - Personally, I prefer the MoM over the VeeOne for how it stacks up in accuracy as well as installability. The dimensions and details are far more accurate with the MoM, reveal board is more accurate, and has three different necks you can choose from: Paintable Aluminum (Most Screen Accurate), Bronze (In-Universe Accurate), and Copper (Idealized). The size and dimensions of the VeeOne were my biggest complaint. As for the reveal board, Sam @ Shadowfoil did mention you can somehow program that little button it has on the VeeOne to work as a killswitch or something along the lines. Not sure how that would work though, I'm no installer. Nevertheless, if you're not much for accuracy and details like I am, I think the VeeOne is just fine. As far as I know, 7Chambers and Veracity Labs is currently working with TXQ to fulfill outstanding MoM orders that are pending, and once that is done they will have Ready-To-Ship runs of it, so I'd keep an eye for that.
Awesome comparison. I was pretty fortunate to get a DaveP DIY hero on ebay a couple months ago. Just got around to painting it last week in the cooler weather. Definitely not as perfect as sending it out to a professional on the RPF, but I was pretty happy with myself haha. I love how heavy DP's is too because of it being solid aluminum, and a big fan of the reveal board he made too. I've actually owned a MoM hilt as well, and I wasn't the biggest fan of it tbch. The clamp card did not fit into the rails properly, and painting the rails was a disaster. Much happier with the DaveP. Like your AS hero, i got his Yuma second-hand and its great. The yuma and the hero are my two favorite next to the V2

I think the MoM would still be my favorite since I'm more of an FX kinda guy but Dave's will complete my "Trinity" of all Heroes collection
@mojavetrooper8547 depending on price and availability, I may pick up his new one as well pre-finished, as his painting/weathering skills are absolutely phenomenal, as demonstrated by his Yuma and his most recent MK1 run

I’m thinking about buying Luke’s hero from ROTJ but can’t decide which one should I go for, I would love to have the MoM but can’t really find one so I’m thinking about ELF Sabers and KR eco hero in this video. Which one do you think is more accurate to the film?
I’ve seen the Elf Sabers, it’s pretty accurate except for not having the reveal board. But the accuracy is because it’s a recast of the Anakin Starkiller Hero. This is the reason you don’t see many resellers selling it. So, I wouldn’t get one. As for which one you should go for, MoMs are coming back in stock soon. I’d keep an eye out for them in the Veracity Labs Facebook page
