In conclusion even though it is stated in the add by eagle lights that it does not get hot it does get hot. The reason this is a bad thing is cheaper ones have bean known to be a cause of a electrical fire. The unit does infact get rid of a hyperflash and did it without any issues within the 30 minutes of tests to identify that it heats up.

Thanks - Good information. You could see a case where you are sitting by the road with the hazards on for a while (say at night or low light conditions) and it's good to know about this.

Of course it’s gonna generate heat it’s equalizing a electrical current load and they aren’t made to be ran for as long as you have run them.. unless you’re making a endless left or right hand turn your signal ain’t going to be on for 15 minutes.. that’s just ridiculous to think after that much time it’s not going to generate any kind of heat!! ALL load equalizers except badlands are 100% safe 🤦🏻‍♂️

I did the two tests to simulate 2 situations that could happen first being that you left a turn signal on and didn't notice it or the auto canselers didn't work and the second with the hazards. In their add its rather contradicting in saying doesn't generate heat and doesn't generate a load even though that's how a resistor works with the heat being a byproduct.

@@alaskagarage when they say it don’t generate heat they are referring to the unit being plugged in and the bike running. For the very minimal time the signal would be on it won’t generate enough heat to hurt anything specially when you can hold it in your hand. If someone leaves there turn signal on for that long before they notice then that person has bigger issues to work out then a load equalizer generating a 5 degree increase in heat and they should just sell there bike. Even with the hazards being on for that long it won’t have enough heat to start a fire unless that person has a badlands equalizer cause those bitches get HOT!! But as far as them advertising the product don’t generate heat isn’t false advertising or anything like that because there product reviews are under normal working conditions. There’s not a product on the market that exists that won’t generate some amount of heat specially when it’s got a load running through it. You’ve got a damn good product brother and its 100% safe!! I wouldn’t hesitate to leave mine on for however long I wanted to. It’ll burn itself up internally and stop working before it burns your bike to the ground

This is the second video I have seen on this product and am very happy to see that this product works and is safe. Mine should be here by Friday can't wait to get rid of that hyper flash.
