Con las novedades y mejoras que hacen que sea un elemento indispensable en el escritorio de cualquier pintor y modelista.
La paleta húmeda ha sido una herramienta utilizada principalmente por los pintores de figuras, pero cada vez más es utilizada por las personas que pintan con acrílicos cualquier tipo de modelo. Prolonga la vida útil de cualquier acrílico para que pueda ser utilizado durante horas y, una vez cerrado, conserva los colores y las mezclas de color. Se puede conservar en la nevera.

Choice now is between Hobby Mio, Army painter and AK.

I don't like it, the paint will dry out very quickly because there is no sponge included.
The lid has no seal.
The amount of water to clean the brush is far too small.
Nice idea...but..no.

The palette comes with a cotton wipe underneath the paper, which is the source that keeps the moisture for hours so the paint remains fresh. An sponge has the only function to increase the height in wet palettes with a deeper design, but that is is not required in this particular design. It is a non porous material without any function related to retaining moisture.
The lid has a seal and a closing system which actually prevents to leak water, even when it is completely turned over.
The top accessory is mainly conceived for mixes, sharpen brushes or place the brushes while taking a rest. It also has an space to make a second wet pallete.
We recommend to use a pot/glass for standard cleaning of the brushes.

Will the accessoires (Wipe&Sheet) for the old wet pallette still be available or will you cancel them?

Hello,
We have discontinued the previous wet palette and its accesories.
Since the new replacements are larger, you can cut both the wipe and the paper at the dimension/shape of the previous one. It is not the greatest solution because it requires some work, but it might be an accesible DIY solution if you run out of replacements and you liked ours. The quality of the paper and the wipe is the same.

El sistema de cierre parece como el de la anterior y también lleva junta de goma... las pestañas no van a durar un asalto. La anterior la tuve que tirar con dos usos. La goma da un extra de sellado, pero hace que se fuercen mucho las pestañas de cierre. Lo comenté en un mail a AK, creo recordar que solo ofrecieron una disculpa. No me merecen confianza

Hola, sentimos tu mala experiencia con nuestra paleta anterior. Con este nuevo diseño hemos tenido en cuenta vuestros comentarios y hemos modificado la junta de sellado, que ya viene instalada, como el diseño de las pestañas de cierre. Tras haber pasado muchos test, la nueva paleta es perfecta para conservar y prolongar la vida de las pinturas y las mezclas, de forma hermética y segura. Do not buy this palette, the latching mechanism is defective and will not stay locked. The design is shockingly bad.
