I own a successful business, and this can lead to stress at the end of a long day. My mind races at night when I want to go to sleep. I play something that is interesting, but not exciting. As I try to follow along, and picture the story in my mind, this distracts my mind from whatever is keeping me awake and I drift off to sleep much faster and without any drugs. This is very common. It’s no longer called the dark ages..it’s now called early Middle Ages..ie from 500CE to 10th century…the term dark ages was actually coined in the 14 th century because of lack of proper understanding of the time period…any period after a great empire usually will be a period of transition and that’s what it was…calling it dark ages is wrong because towards the end of it ie from the late 8th century to 9th century was the period of Carolingian Renaissance..a period of increased literature,architecture,visual arts and music.
I still dont get how its wrong to call it the dark ages when something as big as the Carolingian empire wasnt well documented enough to where educated people only a few hundred years later had almost no idea what happened. And that could be because of something similar to the burning of the alexandria library and/or that the victors always write history, but the Carolingian empire collapsed because of incompetence and internal rift.
When you write "It's no longer called ...," without citing WHO no longer calls it that, you have no argument. I've read recent histories of the period by respected scholars who are comfortable with "Dark Ages."

Why not just do your own voiceover? AI voices are very annoying, especially when I have 1000s of other videos to choose from on the subject.
