I will pray for you! I visited Spain in the 80's and I loved it. I think it's a beautiful country. Of course I went to Madrid and to the religious grotto and churches. It was a tour so I didn't get to see everything I wanted to but I still loved it. I'm happy for you and I pray that you'll be safe and that your missions trip will be a great success for the Lord. Hi Ashley! I just thought that I would drop this here: when you feel like something is stuck in your throath, it isn't actually stuck. The lining of your oesophagus is like a pillow, and it gets curved to the shape of the food you are eating. It takes some time for it to get back to it's original shape, so this process sometimes can feel like something is stuck in your throath, but the actual food is long gone 😊 I hope you found it useful ❤ I love these NORMAL vlogs so much, it feels less 'made' and more realistic. I rather watch these kinds of vlogs than the all white, pretty unrealistic ones😂 ❤

I went to Spain back in 2012 when I was 19 for 17 days... and I don't speak Spanish. I survived. I have some knowledge of Spanish, and a lot of people know English, but my dictionary was actually very helpful!! Just do your best. Immersion is the best way to learn. I can recognize a lot more now than I used to be able to. I was mostly in Roquetas de mar (I know I butchered the spelling) and Almeria. It's absolutely beautiful there and I hope you enjoy the siestas!! If you have questions about traveling there or if you feel alone there ever, hit me up.
I had been going through a hard time as well. But, the Lord knows how to help His children. HE led me to find sermons by Daniel Barteseh from Maranatha Bible Church in Chicago. He has been going through the Bible verse by verse since He got saved 7 years ago and God called him. He is currently in 2 Samuel on Friday nights and going through Mark on Sunday mornings. I started back with exodus and now I am following along his Joshua study. The Holy Spirit brings out so many sweet things about the LORD through his sermons. If you get a chance, check it out. Please don't go on a mission's trip if you are not feeling mentally up to it. I wanted to serve an LDS (Mormon) mission for 18 months as a woman. But it turned out to be a good thing I didn't go because I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder.
