Thank you so much for sharing! My granddaughter has been asking me to make a “Cozy” for her and I had no idea what she was talking about! 😄 This looks just like the one on Amazon that she liked.
I have made so many of these for kids and they use them year round for watching TV, reading, car and plane trips and even trips to the dentist! I know your granddaughter will love hers❣️
Fleece fabric curls to the wrong side...gotta remember that! I have 2 young grandchildren & 4 adult sized to make these for! O, plus myself & daughter. Have you or would you make one for an infant? Thinking it would work very well when baby is in the car seat.
I have not made one for an infant. I am not sure I would make something like this for a child unable to put it on or take it off itself. For a carseat, maybe just a flat blanket.
You can modify it as a car seat poncho. Though for use in the home ect definitely wouldn’t make one for a young infant. And definitely worry about suffocation risks with younger infants. My youngest will be 12 months old just before Christmas and I plan to make a slightly modified toddler version for her car seat, as she’s just so petite. But no fear of suffocation risks as she will throw stuff off of her if she’s warm or just because
The child size demonstrated in the video is free. The adult and toddler sizes are included in the pattern that sells on Etsy. Please see the link in the video description to visit my Etsy store.
Yes, the kid size template is available. It is just one page. If your device does not show the template, you may want to shut down the device and restart it. It is just a link to a page to print, not a pdf. The pdf file with adult, child and toddler sizes plus instructions can be purchased in my Etsy store DiNanny.
The finished length will be about 63” (neck to toes), so it would fit a child up to 5 feet tall. The sleeves are sized and spaced for a small upper body, but it should easily fit a preteen who is not much more than 5’ tall.
Hi Kimberly! If you click the down arrow under the video on the right side of your screen you will open the video description. There, you will find a free link to the child size template as well as a link to DiNanny, my Etsy shop where you can purchase all three sizes (Adult, child and toddler) for instant download. Diane

I love the magnetic pin cushion too. I am sure they are available anywhere fabric is sold and I have also seen them at Amazon. 😊

I am so sorry, Elizabeth. I cannot understand Spanish. If there is anyone who can translate this comment, I would be grateful. Thank-you.
I need to make one for my one-year-old granddaughter. Do you have the measurements for that size?

What age range does this generally work for?
