And I thought some of you might like to see a full house tour, too, which has been one of my most requested videos over the past decade of my UA-cam journey. Over the years, I've seen so many people make rude comments regarding you spending so much but the reality is; I always felt that you lived extremely frugally for your family's income. This move is huge but I'm definitely excited to see your new home ^-^
I agree. She has a beautiful home. You can tell she takes pride in everything she purchases. She displays it so well. I have one daughter and I would be amazed if my things would hold up so well after 13 years!

Hope your new home is a better fit for you! It seems like your home was better suited to your lifestyle with Don pre-children (hot tub, basement, formal dining-living room). There were so many spaces that didn’t seem to suit your needs anymore. Looking forward to joining you on your new journey in the new home. A fresh new space for a new start!

The relationship that you have with your kids sends shivers down my spine. It's so cute to see how much CC and Donny get along and I love watching you love your children. The house is beautiful, it's going to be so strange to see videos in a new location, I've been with you in this house for quite a while and I'll miss it as I'm sure you will as well. Aww, I loved your office. But that was a room that served you well when you had a different life: dog mom, wife, crafter, planner, organizer. Now you're a single Mom on a new adventure.
Oh, and our 80 lb Labradog totally has more beds than Winnie. So she's not spoiled at all ;)
I too am facing leaving my home of almost 35 years and raising two children in our first home. The bath times and family gatherings, happy times and sad times, neighborhood friendships but just that feeling of loving my home and being safe. My daughter said yesterday that it won't be the same home that we will remember, I can only wish that another family will want to live there. Our home was filled with love and so many dreams, but we will take them with us. I lost my husband a year ago and didn't want to rent my house out so it sat empty until I was able to put it on the market. Watching your video and knowing what you must be going through and having to say goodbye to the old house and how hard it is with tears streaming. I wish you happy times ahead as you start a new chapter in life. It's a good thing that you filmed it, such a good idea. The best is yet to come Jen!

Even though it was 20 years ago, I remember moving out of my home when I divorced. I wish I'd taken pictures or videos of that home, but at the time, I was just surviving and taking care of my son. As sad as it was, when my son and I moved into our first place on our own, the feeling was one of pure peace.

I've followed you less over the years once you had the littles, as I don't have kids of my own. But I've been watching you on and off for gosh, 7-8 years? now. I remember finding your videos when I first went out on my own, and admiring you so much. I continue to admire you, and have found you again with this life transition you're going through.
It's such a wonderful change to see so many positive comments as well. For so long, people have been absolutely horrible to you for no good reason, and you've deserved none of it. But you continue to post, continue to be positive, and continue to share so much of your life with a group of strangers.

You have so much strength. I was forced to sell my home out of financial issues a few years ago and I greived greatly for the loss of something I cherished so much. I loved your house for sooo many years. Have been subscribed since winnies puppy vlogs. I feel sad to be moving on after changes but it can also be ok to feel excited as well about changes. I felt I just had to comment. I’m 27 and I’ve been watching you since your first Filofax video since I was 17-18. Your garden party video. I’ve watched you and have grown up while watching you grow. Hi Jen! Bittersweet a bit for me as I’ve been watching you since 2012! I am divorced and know this is a difficult time before added stress of a pandemic, etc. I wish you the best in your new home and pray that you and the kids heal from these stressful times. This was actually kind of therapeutic for me to watch. I’ll explain: I’m very much a dreamer and not a realist at all. A “happily ever after” type of girl. I come from a divorced family and it broke me in ways that feel irreparable. Hearing the positivity in your voice and moving away from your beautiful home reminds me that I need to stop thinking that life is a fairy tale and $&@! happens to all of us-and life can still be beautiful-or even more beautiful.
I’ll miss your home but I can see why it’d be time to move on. All the best to you and your family!

The more I see of Jens videos since the split the more I feel like she found her voice and her confidence when she had the kids and that (without wanting to pry or know the details) she isn't a victim in this and we shouldn't feel sorry. Thank you for always being so honest and transparent. I discovered your channel four years ago when I was expecting my first child. I watched all of your pregnancy content, and enjoyed taking pointers from you. Sadly, my son, Nathan, passed away during labor and was stillborn. It took me a long time to be able to watch your channel again, but when I did, it was like visiting an old friend. I know that probably sounds super creepy, but I just wanted to say thanks for being an outlet of sorts, and I truly wish you and your family the best in this new chapter.

I’m a little late to this video but this really made me sad. I’ve been watching you since I was a freshman in college-I’m now almost thirty with a home of my own. Your videos in this house helped shape me into the homemaker I am. I still go back to your old holiday prep videos and party prep videos. Beautiful video. Your kids will appreciate it one day. My oldest child is 23 now and my youngest is 13. We moved from our first house to our current house when they were 10 and 10 months. We had the opportunity when that house came up for sale again recently to go back and walk through an open house. It was a nice walk down memory lane and it was fun to see what was still there from our time and what the homeowners after us had done. The kids got be in their old rooms, sit under the trees where they once played and see the old patio where they used to spend so many summer afternoons. And then it was nice to come home to our current house where we've made even more memories. I can't wait to see your new place! God's blessings to you all!

@pretty neat living 😪 This makes me feel so sad. It just does. It took me a minute to get out of a funk when you first announced your divorce. So weird since we are essentially strangers.... but that is empathy for you & I can't control that. I wish you guys of all people & with children, could have just stuck to it & worked it out. We all go through different stages & changes in life... but... loyalty... loyalty is a rare thing. I certainly don't mean it as any form of slight.... I just hope you both gain perspective from being apart & realize that the grass is never going to be greener on the other side & get remarried one day. But... destiny sure will take hold, if it was ever meant to be. Once you let a thing go, it will come back to you, if it was ever truly meant to in the first place. This house your family gatherings. The party preps the house it self made me feel cozy like I was there with you all. I have no family those videos filled a little void I have for extended family. I really wanted to see your babies that you longed for , for so long grow up in that house in those parties. I have a hard time with endings so this one is really sad. I have been watching your videos for many many years now and I am so glad to see that you are moving on to a new chapter in your life. I’ve always enjoyed your home and thought it was absolutely stunning I’m sure the new house will be even better. Think of all the new memories that you’ll get to make with your children. I think it’s a really classy move to still think about your wedding photos with past love and be happy about that day. Just because people get divorced doesn’t erase all the years that you spent together so it’s really nice to see that, & that is some thing that your children will always remember for the rest of their life.
I’m sure your new home well feel amazing being that it’s truly yours and your babies. You have a way of making anything feel comfy and I’ve always lived that about you. Hope you find that special spot in the new home that makes you feel happy and content.

Jen I feel so sad I want to cry. I remember when Don and you moved into that house. Before those two beautiful bundles of joy arrived. so blessed to have them. I hope the next chapter will be better for all of you. Seeing this house for the last time must be bittersweet. I wish you and the kids nothing but health and happiness. Not gonna lie, this tour of your old home made me tear up. I remember back in the day even before Charlotte was born, and even shortly after, all the wonderful, heartfelt memories you had there. Tons and tons of great times. But I know you are making a ton more new beautiful memories in your new home with your children.
