Hey!! Guy's welcome back to our channel. In this video I have shown how I changed cultch plate in my bike ns200.
My bike was completed just 16k Kilometers but unexpected clutch plate gone. My bike pickup totally gone within one month gape.
So I planned to change full assembly. Now my bike is running normally without any issues.

Bro, I'm facing weird issue with my AS200. It ran 54k km. Just before some weeks, engine started to make some weird rattle for a sec, then ok for few moments, again wierd rattle. Initially i felt this rattle on handle bar, now feeling that rattle on footpegs too. No issue while running the bike. Clutch is stock. No issue like clutch slippage. Any idea? This problem happens both at gear and neutral.

That is only reason for clutch plate damage due to over heat and wear
we cant able to easily identify coolent is mixed or not when minor leakage is there when others riding their bike for long then then coolent mix with oil and make a big bubbly crease and make over heat ur engine and all parts at the time clutch not function well it start to wear for confirming this case we do check the engine heads and open their engine Valve port and we will understand leakage is there or not definatly valve heads get sticky we cant able to run smoothly and bike with lack of performance if yes then that the case after u had replacing the clutch plates still u feel performance is not good like before u need to check engine valve heads Dominar and rs200 have this problem 10 out of 6bikes i faced just am sharing knowledge

New cultch plate comes with out that ring washer inside cultch assembly. Old one comes with that ring washer
@@tnmotorider3910 actually I'm a bs4ns owner I too had to change the clutch in 11k km but whn i researched abt the clutch for ns200 I saw tht the two jadder plates rings were Missing in ns200bs4 ,n now seems bs6 dosnt hv washer,I thn askd the service center guy he tld they removed it to make clutch lighter 🤔

Don't do wheeling in new clutch bro. Clutch plate will take some KM to get hard. After that naa no problem. But new bike la wheeling panna like this issue will happen bro. In service they have changed full cultch assembly or else just a cultch plate?
