Hey thanks for the explanation, that was so helpful. I did the fix today and it was perfect. I drilled tow of those white teeth and I tighten them down with a galvanize seem and I cancel the floor vent. Now the upper vent is working great 😁
My 2000 astro has the same problem . I am going to try yet another 3 way connector valve for the vacuum lines tomorrow. Anybody have any new info on this problem ?
Take off the passenger side wheel and the splash cover... theres a vacuum ball/tank right there... a vacuum hose is supposed to run from that ball up to a few small hoses made into one at the firewall about where the AC dryer is.
My 99 Astro needs the same thing. I wish there was a way to find out the part# to replace that actuator or whatever it's called. He mentioned a other video but I can't seem to find it. Do you have any new info? Thanks
Bro …and all of you here …usually when you don’t have air coming out of the frint vents is because your vacum line is broken or missing …not all that …check the line that runs from the front vacum line to the side of the engine and that should fix the problem ….all of this is not needed ….
I have 2010 Chevy express 1500 same thing I put on the max ac and it barley blows and then it’s fine and then it stops like once the van is Running down the road it starts again
